Absolutely. No need to put police in a position where they might have to kill someone because they forgot their blinker. If people are going to resist that hard over traffic violations, then we need to re examine traffic stops as they are clearly not the best way to use police to serve the community.

the deaths causing the NYers to beg for their police crimes unit back. same difference as defunding, no matter what you want to call it.

other departments ARE being defunded as we speak. more of this is going to happen. I ma trying to head it off at the pass, but we already know the outcome. NY is just an example.

Stop them now. Discrimination and rascim fuel them. People who support them in the way you have are slowing progress in the direction of less violence and fewer deaths, especially of minorities.
