There were FIFTY views to my OP on this. I DID take my own time, about an hour or so, to transcribe nearly her entire video. FIFTY people read my OP and they ALL ran away from the truth. This is like Mormons getting proof positive that Joseph Smith lied about everything and closing their eyes. FIFTY of you! So sad.
OK, let's take a few:
"The idea of social distancing isn't even an established health care concept. It was based on a theoretical model explored by a high school student in a science fair some years ago looking at how an infectious disease MIGHT hypothetically be spread as the result of potential exposures among kids at school. IOW, it was never scientifically based as a method of responding to a pandemic."
That's a form of ad hominem attack. Even if she's correct, how the concept originated isn't evidence social distancing doesn't work. The evidence shows it does work. We see it in the reduction in cases when things are shut down, and then the resurgence when social distancing ends. We see it in large outbreaks at family gatherings, on boats, at funerals.
"Keeping healthy people isolated from one another simply isn't necessary. Masks are intended for the ILL when they will be potentially in contact with others. The WHO and the CDC and the New England Journal of Medicine have now all acknowledged that there is no scientific justification for normal healthy people to be wearing masks"
This is more idiocy. The reason we're advised to wear masks is about half of those infected are contagious but never show any symptoms, so we can be infected and spread it to others without knowing we are sick. That's rare in illnesses. So masks are to compensate for that unique aspect of COVID. If this doctor doesn't recognize this, then she's spreading disinformation, and no better as a source than some ignorant drunk at the end of your local bar.
"Habitual wearing decreases the bodies natural response because we are supposed to come into contact regularly with foreign agents like bacteria and viruses which is what helps keep our immune systems on alert and working at full capacity. Your immune system then goes into vacation mode and won't be there when you need it."
It appears what she's advising AGAINST is hand washing and using hand sanitizer. I'll bet you a nickel she washes her hands dozens or hundreds of times a day. Why? Shouldn't she just let virus and bacteria spread from patient to patient? If she treats a sick patient and goes to lunch, the recommendation is to NOT wash her own hands so she can develop immunity to things like Hep C or whatever?
Covid 19 is not significantly contagious and takes quite a significant face-to-face exposure according to the New England Journal of Medicine.
That's proven nonsense. Look at the outbreaks on cruise ships, family gatherings. What's going on right now proves she's an idiot on this claim.
Then she makes claims about vaccines, but she doesn't know if we can or will develop one, and she's an ignoramus on the issue, so why listen to this idiot?
ALL of the above is what I have been saying since DAY ONE on this. I think I could have made the video. It is posted mainly to conservatives so that they (you) can have the ammunition you need for friends and relatives I know that the left will ignore everything she is saying because it goes against what their tribal leaders in MSM have drilled into them 24/7.
On a final note, it is sad how easily an entire society can be duped like this. Dr. Fauci has been a disaster and so have many other professional recommending masks and distancing. I told someone a few weeks back that your group has stopped me from gaining immunity to the howls of some of you. You are not only cheating ME...you are cheating you loved ones.
When the entire medical community believes something contrary to a single ER doc, maybe it's her who doesn't know what she doesn't know and ought to stay in her own lane - treating patients that come into the ER. She's not an epidemiologist, so maybe trust them on epidemiology, and this person on how to stabilize a gun shot or stabbing or heart problem or stroke?
