Last time, under Reagan, we gave up amnesty in return for border security. You got amnesty, we got nothing. This time it is important for you to live up to the prior bargain of border security, before we grant anything else, ever.

It is time for the left to pay its debt. Reagan made 1 million illegal immigrants into US citizens in exchange for border security. The democrats have not lived up to their end of the bargain. It is fully time to collect on this debt and build a border wall that will pay for itself a thousand times over.
