What a good interview. I've always been a Megyn Kelly fan and it's nice to see her making public appearances again.

I figured there would be a smattering of boos from Maher's audience, but much to my surprise, they were respectful and gave her a warm welcome. I can't say the same about the far left loonies who replied to the video on YouTube.

Whether you like him or not Bill is one of the best interviewers out there and he regularly has right wing guests and shows them lots of respect. Megan has been on the show at least half a dozen times if I'm not mistaken.

He does regularly make some mean jokes about Donnie so it's not for the emotionally fragile.

This pretty much explains why most of the far/alt-left can't watch Maher's show that much anymore.

They keep losing their **** enough even when he's catering to them, but the moment he has someone on that even slightly leans outside of their little bubble. All of the same threats, upset banter and general frothing at the mouth stupidity that they exhibit. Gets turned up to eleven.

I like Maher. Yes, he can be a dick sometimes and that's fine. It's what he does and he does it very well, almost like no one else can.

There were really only two on Fox I could watch, Megyn and Shep. They told truth to power. If there is anything Trump needs, are people on the right like them.

Sometimes Chris Wallace and Bret Beier.

Sensible republicans appear on MSNBC all the time, some of them are paid analysts and/or hosts.

Fox fired Megyn and Shep left, though I'm certain he wold have been fired eventually.

The vast majority of dems love Maher, and agree with his criticism of the far left, as do I.

My criticism of the right is that they always try and portray the far left as your "typical liberal"

Lol, for about 25 years Bill has had a political show where he invites people from both sides and gets controversial. This is like the 5th interview in a few years with Megan, you're just making things up. Nothing has changed.

The right can't watch Bill because the truth triggers them.

Yeah well without lies, exaggerations and mischaracterizations they just wouldn't be the American right wing.

I thought Greta was a honest dealer......don't you?

Maher...........geees! :lamo

He's the one guy that can have you wanting to punch him in the face one minute, and have you pissing yourself laughing the next.

I love the guy!

Actually I generally agree with his politics (but not universally). I also find him witty and like his show. However to be objective, he isn't a great interviewer: he interjects and steers the topic to what he wants and tends to add his own anecdotes and opinions when he could be listening.

More vocal of the group, yes. But they're far from being the most numerous.

You must have skipped right over the thousands of posts & threads on here about typical conservatives.

But yes, both sides are just as guilty.

He does indeed...he helped give Anne Coulter and Michele Malkin their start. I was in the studio audience when Malkin made her first appearance. I didn't know who she was before that.

Seeing as you've described me as right wing in the past and I've just explained that I actually watch Maher. It's never been easier to catch you in a more overt lie.

The irony of how you just called yourself out with that little post. Is just plain comical.

Fox did not fire her. NBC made her an offer she liked and she took it. She was unhappy hosting a cable news program.

You're a Trump stooge and plenty right. Everything out of your mouth is support for Trump and his policies and your DP phrase is "watching lefties flee". I'm not sure why you're embarrassed of your beliefs instead of just embracing them.

Strange, I never gave any indication of being embarrassed. Oh that's right, nothing but lies are all that usually flows from you. I almost forgot that was kind of your only shtick at this point.

My phrase is also rather self explanatory.
If you don't like it, then try to tell the rest of your camp to grow a spine and stand up for themselves when someone ask, what should he an easy question for them to answer.

A rabid Trump supporter that doesn't want to be called "right wing"? If you're not embarrassed of your beliefs, just own them like a man would.

If you really listened to that interview, and I have off and on followed both of them at various points of their respective careers, they did something in that few moments that every single media organization cannot figure out a way to do.

Two people who do not agree much politically, both interested and passionate about their respective takes on things, found common ground on a few points they do agree on and some truth came out about Trump, that same media, the concept of political correctness today and "cancel culture," etc.

A few great quotes...

"The people who hate bullying, are always bullying."

"The people who love diversity, except of opinion."

"That is not activism" (in reference to finding the worst example, making an example of them, and applying it to a group.)

This is the conversation we should be having even if it took Bill Maher and Megyn Kelly to bring attention to it.

It's been my argument the entire time.

Are childish insults all you have Rabid, because if that's the case. You don't really have anything on me right now.

Look, I'll play your silly game.

(ahem) Seeing as an Epstein loyalist like yourself keeps trying to make fun of me, but it's just water off a ducks back at this point.

You're essentially firing blanks every time you try to post in these little spats.

Saw it. She was good. Stood up against Maher on a couple of things too.

Oh you're back to calling everyone Eppstein loyalists? I've never in 20 years of politics seen anyone in person or in the internet talk about how great they find Eppstein. I did see a bunch of pictures and videos of your cult leader with him.

Is that your game? If you call everyone Eppstein loyalists without backing it up it'll make Trump's friendship with a serial pedophile less spectacular? You reek of desperation.

Saying that you are surprised proves a lot about the right-wing narratives.

What?

I made that comment based on what I have seen from his audience in the past. To Maher's credit, most of the time when that happens he steps up and says something to them.

The audience is what surprised you. That's the point.
