You didn't actually read your own link, did you? It is taking about students from age 15–19. The topic of this thread is about children as young as age 8 and nothing about 18 and 19 year olds.

This was a study that began with the conclusion they wanted - and then searched for some demographic group to try to justify it. That they left off students 14 and under (hiding those stats) demonstrates that in fact their premise is statistically false and they hid the stats that prove it.

That school district notifies parents in advance and gives them the option of opting out. That is tolerable to me, though I disagree with the government telling and testing kids how to act in relationships and other PC social requirements - if that is what they are doing. Not seeing the course agenda neither of us can comment much on it in any detail.

That said, I totally disagree with ANY discussion about sex with 3rd grades and in my opinion this law is from pedophile fantasy sexifying little children. I have little doubt if the computers of everyone on the board making this recommendation were seized they would find child porn on at least on member's computer. Only someone with pedophile desire - recognized or not - would think of 8 and 9 year olds in ANY sexual context in my opinion.

There is no way to get around any sex education to 8 year olds that does essentially start with:

"Children, I want you to think about sex. I want you to think about it lots and lots. We're going to talk a lot about sex. What sex is. How to have sex. Who to have sex with. How to make sex safe..."

In my opinion, no matter what follows this is sadistic and fundamentally the mindset of pedophiles. This is the government stripping children of pre-puberty innocence and converting them into sex objects to themselves, towards other children who also now are declared sex objects, and to turn them into sex objects to teachers in fundamentally harmful ways.

3rd grade is probably a little too young, but 8th grade isn't.

They're already at risk to STDs and pregnancy at that age - as contrary to what you might think, they're already doing it.

Opt out is useless if your kid talks to someone who is taking the classes. Guess that's true for everything your kid learns.


I'm going by a lot of what was said during the last meeting before they voted to install this program. Lots of parents weren't comfortable with children learning not only about intercourse but, how to properly have others sorts of sex, with who, how much and when. Very confusing for these ages of children.

After my daughters told me their HS mates were having anal sex to prevent pregnancy, nothing surprises me. That was in the late 90s..This program is about much more than sex. Some of it good, other parts are simple Leftist SJW indoctrination.

They're wise not to get pregnant while still at school and finish their education and anal sex is by far a common means to achieve that.

Sound like they've had some sex education already doesn't it - did they get it via high school whispers or from a trained educator ?
