Some people would disagree about the first one being meaningless without the other two. For some people its the other way around.

If I have the right to life, then I have the right to defend that life with the most efficient tool. A law abiding citizen possessing a tool that provided a better probability of defending that life does nothing to infringe upon another’s right to life.
