almost every constitutional right can be abrogated by due process of law

right to assembly-don't have that in prison-for example

fourth amendment rights-none exist in prison

1) the bad guy would probably die

2) the body count racked up by the bad guy would be diminished and with that diminishment-less useful for anti gun propaganda

3) the Successful shooting of a bad guy demonstrates that armed citizens can stop violent scum

I agree...we need a gun control measure that says specifically that you cant shoot Mcdonalds employees if they mess your meal up...then there is no way this could have happened. I would go one step further and post a sign at the drive thru that states "shooting mcdonalds employees over a messed up order is not allowed on this property!" There....problem solved.

Uh, it's not "career criminals" running around armed and shooting at anyone who pisses them off. That would be your average "good guy" with a gun.

Nah, dude. Almost all people who act like this have a criminal or mental health history.

Now --- I've asked you twice and now three times ---- what "gun control" would have stopped this? What "gun control" stops any crazy person? What "gun control" stops any violent person with no regard for human life?

However, in prison you get free medical, free food, guaranteed employment, free housing a guaranteed safe environment and a government that has the express purpose of keeping all those things free for you. It's kind of the ultimate form of freedom...if those are your kind of things.

It wouldn't have. The criminal appears to have a mental illness: "An employee said it was over a meal. She said the shooter went through the drive-thru, parked his car, then went inside and started shooting at workers behind the counter."

Notice how the anti-gun LWLs never advocate better mental health care over gun banning. Notice they never advocate Knife-Control either:
"The shooting was across the street from the scene of a stabbing the night before in the parking lot between Koto and Subway. Police are still looking for the suspect in the stabbing, who they said was a female with jaw-length hair."
