2019 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament

Our older son is a UVA graduate, while our nephew graduated from Texas Tech. We've got it all in the family.
My bracket has UVA winning the title. We'll see on Monday.
 
It's no-name UVA vs. no-name Texas Tech and defense all around for the final. I think I'll watch something else Monday night.:yawn:

Indiana hasn’t been anywhere near the final four in decades.

Last night: I’m not sure whether TT is that good or if MSU just failed to show up. But that was an ass kicking. In the other game, it looks like UVA just got lucky.

It's not over till 1130, way too late.

Same problem with Monday nigh football for years.

If you cab stay awake, the next day is hell.

Yep. They lost me as a viewer. I don't really care about either team. I'm not staying up to midnight watching 2 teams I don't care about.

I know why but....

I used to joke but I was on the level, about Monday nigh football and business, that those on the west coast were at an advantage to those the east coast on Tuesdays in the fall.

Every Tuesday I was washed out like being hung over. Games did not end till midnight back then.
 
4 minutes in and 3-2. Still no filed goal for Tech.

Who bet the under?

Two very good teams, great game and especially enjoyable tournament!
 
Virginia winning cemented my bracket's status this year as the worst I've ever filled out. They were the one-seed I had bowing out the earliest. Memories of UMBC, I guess.

That's quite a turnaround. Their defense and rebounding came up enormous when they needed it to.

I had all of my Final Four teams alive in the Elite Eight, and all four lost in the Elite Eight (Duke, Gonzaga, Kentucky, Purdue)
