Why is America spending more on healthcare per capita than Denmark?

well we don't really have a free-market healthcare system, we have a corporatist model, so the extra money goes to middlemen and also we spend more because insurance providers don't have to compete with each other. its also skyrocketing recently because Obamacare mandates that insurance providers cannot refuse people on the basis of pre-existing conditions.
