I'm going with Georgia because I think all the others will be constantly pushed down the road until after the election in the hopes trump will be re-elected. His lawyers will keep raising motions after motions.

Don't care which one it is as long as that crook is brought to justice!

Do you truly believe Trump will spend any time behind bars?
Really?
Is this wishful thinking, or are you just really naive?

He may be found guilty even, but nearly 80 year old multi millionaire ex presidents dont go to jail
They get house arrest, and ankle monitors at the worst

And that is IF, which is a BIG IF, you get a conviction

So what happens to the Georgia case in the Nightmare Scenario... of Trump cheating his way into our White House again?

Does it move forward against a sitting POTUS?

History says he won't ever go to prison, and History is the BEST predictor

This question presupposes that he will be put in prison, but that is certainly not assured.

If I were a betting man, I'd put my chip on none of the above.

I don't believe any case will actually cause him to go to prison. Although he certainly belongs there. He will however at some point (Sooner than later we hope) be found guilty of multiple felonies. He will be sentenced to some form of home confinement.

Being that some or all of his homes may end up being owned by E.J. Carrol and the State of New York, no telling where he will live.

The maintenance shed at his Scotland golf course sounds good to me.

As much as we all believe it should, it won't. GA will put the case on hold until he's done with his LAST term and then move forward. That's if Ms. Willis manages to stay alive throughout this whole process. And that's even debatable.

After his coronation date on January 20th next year, he pardons himself, pardons all of his his moronic minions already in prison, and attempts to follow through with his many promises.

After finally getting around to delivering all the golden sneakers and other swag his idiot acolytes have ordered, he'll do away with Obamacare, lock up Hillary, put a stop to any unfavorable press, shoot shoplifters, build his giant concrete wall, make Mexico pay for it under force of arms, and assassinate his political opponents with impunity, just as his attorney's postulated before the Supreme Court.

And we'll all live happily ever after ...

If such a scenario were true he wouldn't bother with petty shit, but, like other conquerors before him his first act will be to arrest and/or imprison his list of those who have not properly worshiped him. The headlines will be full of criminality and criminal charges, against Senators, Congressmen a governor or two and certainly a few past presidents.

Knowing he can cancel elections he knows he'll never have to face a voter and will assassinate at least the character and reputation of every America who has ever insulted him.

Wouldn't it be sweet if Carrol or James became his landlord?

I hope you're wrong, but I fear you're right. Troubling situation.

I know he'll pardon himself for the federal stuff, but I'm hoping GA continues after him.

Let's not get too far ahead of ourselves. I am quite confident the American people won't put that bumbling pervert moron back in the WH.

In a sane and fair world, they wouldn't. But I still worry.

He'll do time where Navarro is doing his time or someplace very similar, rich people's prison.

I don't know.

Although you very well may be correct, you have nothing to gauge this opinion off of. No president has ever been charged, let alone convicted of any serious crime in the U.S. A unique set of circumstances calls for a unique response.

While I don't see any judge giving Trump multiple years in prison, I could see a judge sentencing him fairly heavy and suspending all but say six months. He can go to his put, put golf prison and think for a few months about what he tried to do.

Which case will be the first to put citizen trump in prison?
None.
He will run out the clock until November and then be elected and everything will come to a stop.

I highly doubt Donald Trump will ever spend one day behind bars.

Lavrentiy Beria tactics will not prevail.

The state of all the exit polls combined with the terrible fundraising tells me people are souring to Trump. Let's hope the current pattern continues.
