Trump’s Truth Social Payday Hits Road Bump As Co-Founders Sue Ex-President

The easiest answer is that it is a meme stock. Much like GameStop and Blackberry were propped up by r/wallstreetbets for no real reason. People are just trying to buy as low as they can and sell as high as they can regardless of any intrinsic value simply because they think there is going to be demand based on notoriety.
Sort of like buying lottery tickets after the prizes have all been won because you think that you are going to find someone dumb enough to buy them from you for more than you paid for them?
Although without something like r/wallstreetbets obviously an openly backing it, it's fair to wonder if a few people/interests with a lot of money are using it as a way to funnel money to Trump.
Until Mr. Trump is actually able to sell his shares, not a dime of the money goes to him. And, in order for Mr. Trump to be able to sell his shares he has to get the approval of the court ordered overseer of his financial dealings.
