Trayvon Martin's parents settle wrongful death claim for over one million dollars

Real? iLOL
He got caught with jewelery and a screw driver which is used as a burglary tool.
And besides that, "we" do not know if he as any other "real" history.
So can the bs.

Really? Which football team is that?
When you can answer, you will see why you stating such is irrelevant.

Sure he does. :doh
Multiple drug usage - mj and drank.
vandalism
truancy
caught with what appears to be stolen goods
Yeah sure, an overall good kid. :doh iLOL

There is NO evidence of drank or stolen goods.. nor does he have any juvenile record. Stop lying and be a man.

sharon we have already been over this. You are not fooling anybody.
He was caught with jewelry and a screw driver. They could not find out who the jewelry belonged to. Duh! That gives the appearance, as I stated, of stolen goods. Period.

Secondly.
Yes we know he was into drank.
So you need to stop telling untruths.

That's what you DO when you settle.

They couldn't control idiot George or force him to adhere to NW rules... and they failed to call their attorney. Why do you think Travelers bailed?

Its unfortunate that stupid old George couldn't play by the rules.. or SPEAK..
:doh
iLOL
:doh
Read the release and weep sharon.
... is not to be construed as an admission of any liability ...
Do you not understand the wording?

A million bucks, you mad bruh:lol:

Travelers is a good outfit.. They have insured my family since 1950.... They just cringed and knew George was an idiot... and I am sure some one was called on the carpet for not making it clear to the HOA.

i guess you deserve the same reply.

When you understand that, you will understand why a million is nothing.

Oh, wait a minute. We are talking about you now. Of course you wont understand what that means.

You have shown over and over again that you have no clue as to what you speak. Nothing has changed.

Insurance companies and corporations in general settle all the time, even when they know they won't be found responsible. They're more concerned with having their name attached to any court proceeeding that might possibly cast a negative light on their name recognition in the future. It's SOP.

A million dollars may easily be less than what they figured they'd have to spend defending themselves.

Very true........

Travelers is not a party to the settlement," the company said in a prepared statement. "The settlement would have been with other insurers of the homeowners association and/or the property managers."

The policy had a $1 million limit, according to federal-court records, and went into effect March 30, 2012, a few weeks after Trayvon was shot. Trayvon's mother filed a claim with the insurer after it went into effect, according to federal-court records.

I figured this would be ugly on the civil side.

They caved QUICK!
They caved?
Where?
Where in the world do you get the idea that "settling" is caving?
Especially when no liability is admitted to.

Yeah, they just hate having money and settled to get rid of some, right? wrong. the liability was obvious and they knew they couldn't win.

Did you seriously say a screwdriver is a burglary tool?

Its also a jewelry repair tool.

Weak.

Be honest everybody,

How many of the things on Ex's list did you do in HS?

How many people do you know who did most or all of those things?

How many of them attacked a stranger and tried to kill them for no apparent reason?

Yeah, they just hate having money and settled to get rid of some, right? wrong. the liability was obvious and they knew they couldn't win.
Oh look! We have another one who doesn't understand that at times it is more economically viable to settle than incur the costs of defending against.

:doh
they knew they couldn't win.
iLOL
Prove it.
There was no admission of liability. You got nothing.
That is like saying that the parents knew they couldn't win so took the paltry sum of a million.
Or like say if the laws were such, that the loser pays all costs they would not have settled.
There is no evidence or proof either way.

You got nothing as stated.

Did you seriously say a screwdriver is a burglary tool?

Weak.
How absurd.
They did not say they found a jewelry screw driver.
They found a screw driver.

Your reply was weak.
You are trying to make excuses for Trayvon's actions.

Oh right, they settled just for the hell of it:lamo

Do you seriously believe the Martins could afford a million dollars.worth of paper war?

Or that an HOA has a million dollar image?

Yeah, money always makes it better, right?

:doh

Which means they were not liable...:lamo

They did not specify what type of screwdriver it was.

Nor does.jewelry repair require a specific type of screwdriver.

And there is no crime without a victim, so.stop.slandering the dead kid with a false claim of a criminal record.

'Specially since it still doesn't support a predisposition to the kind of behavior upon which Zs narrative depends.

But we're talking about the HOA rolling over for a cool million.

I'm kinda surprised they were liable in the first place.

Z does claim he was on a personal errand.

Did she try to sell something?

Or just try to keep others from capitalizing on the tragedy?

A link to the TM souveneir site licensed by his mother will do fine.

Not needed now she has her million, too bad she chose to be a whore instead of a mother
