New York Attorney General takes initial step to prepare to seize Trump assets

Also, there is real time, real world data demonstrating that Deutsche Bank, specifically, would have given Trump worse terms. It's like people don't even read any of the details about this case before they come in here screaming about how Cheeto Jesus is innocent.....
The ignorance of people on this site. If there wasn't favorable rates and terms for higher collateral. then why would Trump lie his ass off to the banks? These people are just downright dumb. What else can you say? He's a crook plain and simple. What these cult people don't understand is that he's been doing this shit for 50 years now.

Right? It was documented that he got better rates with the "Wealth Lending" division or whatever it's called than he was being offered through the commercial RE division. Part of the requirements for those better terms connect directly to the fraud Trump committed about how much his assets were worth. THE BANK LOST INTEREST MONEY THEY WERE RIGHTFULLY OWED YOU BUNCH OF ****ING CRETINS.

The good news is that this lifetime criminal in skirting the law is about to end.

They make money by lending money.
They lent money to Trump.
They made money.
Even testified to it.
They would have made more money had he followed the law and been honest...but he didn't...and this is no different than you walking in and plopping down $500 and promising another $500 by next weekend and disappearing with a car....its theft and fraud.

Maybe Trump doesnt borrow at the higher rates.
its all hypothetical.

No. The money was paid back.
With interest.

what is hypothetical about it? Had he told the truth they would not have loaned him the money.

Says who?
Banks don't make money by NOT lending money.

They lent money to Trump.
They made money.
Even testified to it.
You have embarrassed yourself repeatedly now on this thread with your utter ignorance, I would suggest you try a different thread where you might have a clue.

You don’t seem to understand there is a relationship between interest charged and risk calculated, in spite of it being explained here repeatedly. When someone lies about the value of their assets by falsifying records, as trump did, banks experience an increased risk for which they were not compensated.

There are many reasons why laws exist to make sure people are at least somewhat honest in their business records.

Looks like President Trump may have a case against Leticia James.

It really chaps trump that two smart, capable black women are standing in the way of his quest to escape prison.

Go for it. Open the window and watch the pigs go by. Gotta just love Fox News.
Looks like she's guilty of racism and sexism. Don't words matter? Or is that only for the political opposition?

Trump has never mentioned their skin color. Leticia and Fani have.

Not today. Eventually all these things will catch up to trump. A lifetime of criminality, grifting, not paying his bills, and cheating at, well, everything is bound to, sooner or later. That's why he's so desperate to get back into the White House - he knows he can abuse the power of the office again. But he will not win.

Americans are not dumb enough to put him back in office, ever again.
I wouldn't be so sure about your final sentence. There are many out there oblivious (deliberately or otherwise), to Trump's history, and who would be delighted to see a thief, fraudster, sex offender, traitor and racist back in power.

??? Trump wildly inflated values.

You think they are looking for ways to make less money?

Just like the state of Florida is looking to collect property taxes for $18-$27 million instead of $1.5 billion.

They didn't make as much money as they should have given the actual risk that Trump posed as a borrower.

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

If he's got money to blow on lawsuits, by all means, but he hasn't fared very well on the many he's brought. Now let's see what legal ace Deroy Murdock has to say:

Deroy Murdock said:
Now, you could talk about stale ideas, that's fine, but too male and too pale, that constitutes, basically, sex and race discrimination. So I think what President Trump ought to do is sue her on the basis of the 1964 Civil Rights Act
It's a shame he's not a lawyer who could put his money where his mouth is and represent Trump in this case.
