An ISP is ultimately the gatekeeper of all internet content. If they want to block you from accessing all right-wing content, they have that power.

Facebook, YouTube, etc, only control the content of their own websites. Jones' website is still functioning. You can go there, right now, and access all of his content unfiltered. It doesn't matter what Facebook does, you can still access as much Alex Jones as you want.

You forgot to critically assess the crap fed to you. You forgot to assess the claim about whether or not Jones is being "silenced" at all. He's not.

A company refusing to sell you something is not the same thing as a company deciding what stores you're allowed to even walk into.

Well, no, ISPs can't block completely block people either. They may block the fastest or most convenient access to a site in rural areas with only one ISP, but you still have options. YouTube, Google and Facebook have an overwhelming market share on social media and internet searching, so their bans are far more effective than any ISP could be. A very large ISP will serve 20+ million subscribers. 2.2 Billion people use Google. Facebook has 2.2 Billion subscribers. YouTube has 1.5 billion users.
