Long May You Run - The Stills-Young Band (Stephen Stills and Neil Young with Joe Lala on percussion, Joe Vitale on drums, George "Chocolate" Perry on bass, and Jerry Aiello on organ)




The Long May You Run album was recorded at Criteria Recording Studios, Miami. After an argument with David Crosby and Graham Nash about priorities - Crosby and Nash said they had to leave Miami and fly to LA to finish their own album - Stills and Young made the decision to excise Crosby and Nash's Long May You Run album contributions and release the album as a duo in order to meet their own deadlines for the upcoming tour.
