No of course not, the far left feel betrayed by him. He's too centrist for them, and he's too left wing for Conservatives. He may have some of the Independents still but the extraneous actions and obvious misses in his first 3 1/2 years as well as the joke of "HOPE and CHANGE" have many independents wondering if they should just stay home and watch a movie on election night.
Should the far left not feel betrayed by him? I'd agree with most of your post, though. He's stuck between a rock and a hard place.
