Yes - We are indeed experiencing a Constitutional crisis

Let me get this right. You're okay with Trump, the president of a democratic country, with soliciting the assistance of China, which is a communist country, to help him dig up dirt on his political opponent. Is that right?

Quote where that is actually happening.

Are you really that uninformed? Or are you just disingenuous? Never mind. We know the answer. We've all seen the president on the White House lawn call for China to investigate the Bidens.

Trump told Stephanopoulos that he would be happy to accept information from a foreign government that would help him get re-elected. He said there would be no harm in listening to what they had to say.

So, if a foreign government would like to assist Trump get re-elected, they can come up with whatever claims they like. They can't be subpoenaed to provide their evidence. They can simply make any outrageous claim they want and never produce evidence. And when they do, you will cheer them on. You see absolutely nothing wrong with that.

I'll make a prediction: If for some reason Biden doesn't get the nomination, Trump will drop his insistence that other countries 'investigate.' At that point it will serve no purpose. Then he will be focused on slandering whomever the nominee is.

Well, there's another one that runs from another legitimate request fro proof.

Seeing as this doesn't touch on why you called him fascist, nor the military authority issue bit.
When he was running his mouth during the election. It was on the fact that the democrats would come out with another made up tag line and the media would just parrot it without question.

One could see his simple frustration at that point and then see how he came to just gloat about winning.

Either way, we just had about six months of him calling an election rigged. We've just gotten through at least three years of the democrats saying the same about his win in 2016 and even now we're sitting through RussiaGate two: Ukranian Boogaloo.

Where did I call him a fascist or mention 'military authority'? Another poster maybe?

So even though he can, we're just going to overlook how he hasn't actually attempted to do anything close to what is being claimed.

No push towards fascism, no calls for imposing military authority. Though I don't really know what the full extent of such a declaration would be.

He also hasn't threatened, or stated that he is going to suspend elections. Though he has expressed his issues with it in the past.

-You seem to be falling down the same hole of calling Trump a fascist, without any actual proof to back it all up-

The armed forces chiefs at the Pentagon and theater commanders globally would never act to destroy democracy. I am confident that while Trump knows nothing else he likely knows this.

Active duty and retired generals, admirals, colonels, captains and troops would act only to restore democracy. This is most unfortunately the direction in which the nation is moving. The dissembling of democracy is occurring as an inexorable series of events, ie, as Trump makes everything worse the worse Trump becomes. And so on.

The armed forces oath matters and it matters ultimately and absolutely. The oath as Washington proscribed it is to "We the People" not to "I the Tyrant."

James Mattis is the antitheses of Trump and Putin. Since Mattis left as SecDef he's been as quiet as a church mouse and virtually all the retired generals, admirals, colonels have gone silent too. Their remaining above the political bomb throwing is critical to their credibility as defenders of the Constitution whose oath is to protect it and to preserve it. Against all enemies foreign and domestic. Come hell or high water.

Good for Mattis and his little band of brothers.
Now if someone can actually prove these hyperbolic allegations and assumption of. Instead of just falling into ad hominem attacks on one person, or the other.

Coherent much?

We are not in a crisis. We are in crises, as in, more than one.
Definition of crisis
1a: the turning point for better or worse in an acute disease or fever
b: a paroxysmal attack of pain, distress, or disordered function
c: an emotionally significant event or radical change of status in a person's life

2: the decisive moment (as in a literary plot)

3a: an unstable or crucial time or state of affairs in which a decisive change is impending
especially : one with the distinct possibility of a highly undesirable outcome

b: a situation that has reached a critical phase
Everywhere you turn, Trump has created a crisis. Multiples create chaos. Were in the midst of an energy crisis, an environmental crisis, an economic crisis, international crises, an immigration crisis, political crises, legal crises, social crises. In the end stages of disease multiple organ failures are common. That is what we are facing today from the Trump malignancies. And like those medical crises, the cures are drastic but necessary. Impeachment is only one aspect of this: we need to excise the disease from multiple locations and inoculate ourselves from further outbreaks. Trump, Barr, Pompeo, and even Pence are diseased beyond redemption, but the rot goes far deeper. I'm sure Mulvaney is involved, too. After impeachment, there must be prosecutions. New laws, to prevent recurrence. Voting is the chemo that needs to follow - Mitch McConnell, McCarthy, Nunes, Jordan, Graham, among many other traitors need to be eliminated from the body and their toxins purged from the system. Our road to recovery will be long, arduous and uncertain. Rehabilitation takes time.
