No, simply that if she had been a member of Fox News that would sadly give us reason to pause and question whether this was a political hit job that didn't really happen the way she's said it did. It doesn't sound like that is the case, but given the history of Fox News it's at least a fair question if she had been a reporter there.

1. She went on a USO tour with comedians. A joke is a joke and a harmless picture is a harmless picture. If he actually fondled her body (not just put his hands near her) then I agree it's unacceptable. I'm not making excuses. I'm living in reality.

And Franken is accused of sexual assault. Does the crappy actions of one politician erase the actions of another politician? Sexual assault isn't funny. Anyone that thinks so shouldn't be in a position of power.

I have condemned Franken's actions, however, even if the story is completely true(which I'm not denying it is) an apology is all that's really necessary in this case. What Franken did was stupid, but it does not come close to the level of Evil that we've seen from Moore or Weinstein.

I agree that he took it too far. That is kinda the point. Would you think kissing someone against their will is a joke that most people would understand not to be acceptable? The picture bolsters her statement about the kiss. How about feeling a sleeping woman's breasts? I don't know ANYONE, except you and Franken, that would think that is not totally unacceptable.
