I told a gentleman and his wife several days ago this very thing.
You should not let politics eat you up because it will.
It is like getting angry at a steel girder.
You can scream, kick, bang your head, and it is still there and it does not care.

YOU however, have raised blood pressure, break out in a sweat, appear half crazy to regular people, and completely lose your sense of humour.
 
Shoot your sister in the face and you told her this if there was a Civil War. Yep, he is defending his president with violence. Who really talks about a Civil War in the first place? That is right, conservatives that feel they are seeing America changing into a different country that they cannot support.

Even if Trump gets two terms, he cannot change the political and social landscape of the 2030's and 2040's.

Extreme rhetoric from politicians inspires extreme behavior in unstable citizens. Trump isn’t responsible for nutjobs like Spaeth, Sayoc, or Bowers, but he damn sure doesn’t do anything to discourage their views or actions.
