Why the silence on Vegas?

Uhmm I don't think you actually know what it is like to fire from a tripod.

I think if you examine closely the photos provided by the police, you will see it is a bipod on one of the rifles, not a tripod.

And you have still not provided one single piece describing the ballistic research or findings done by LVPD. My original point stands--Adams has done way more than LVPD in the area of acoustic ballistics research.

You on the other hand brought up Adams work. I did provide links to numerous articles regarding accoustic gunshot analysis. Pretty much points the deficiencies in Adams work.

I will play your silly meaningless point game. LVPD and FBI has done more in the area of a comprehensive investigation of the shooting event than Mike Adams has. Prove that LVPD has not.

I don't see why a shooter couldn't rig a rifle to fire remotely when mounted on a tripod. Not saying it was done but that it could be.

s I said, this is assuming that there is evidence that two weapons were fired at the same time - which I don't believe there is.

Actually, the bi-pods are on many of the weapons, including those with bump-fire stocks and there is absolutely NO WAY he could have used a bi pod in those settings to fire on the crowd.

So much of that hotel room stinks of either EXTREMELY poor planning or a helluva staged scene.

It is not a what if game, how can you be so certain that 100% of the evidence is totally known? And I said it was a possibility.

Just out curiosity, do you have something in mind as far as "answers"? The deranged man wanted to use his AR's and bump stocks like they were intended and got tired of shooting targets at the range as far as I can see. Is there even a law in Vegas against bringing multiple weapons into a hotel room? I seriously doubt it.

The first such use of a bump stock, I guess all the other owners of such devices are not aware of "their intended use"...:roll: Are you another that thinks the average gun owner is a ticking time bomb?

LOL Of course it is not "the average gun owner" who becomes unhinged but how many does it take to commit mass murder? I take it you do not have a CT in mind with this thread since you did not answer my question. Is it illegal to have multiple weapons in a hotel room in Vegas? Do you think it should be?

A state or federal law? I doubt it, but the hotel may have a no guns policy. Should there be? I don't think so, I am sure that traveling hunters have probably had multiple guns in hotels without incident, many times. If such a law had been in place do you think it would of stopped the shooter? After all we have laws prohibiting murder, I dont think he would of had any problem ignoring another law.

I would say that is more likely that the public does not know all that law enforcement and prosecutors knows.

Do you believe that the American judicial process makes 100% of the evidence known to the public before the investigation and judicial process is completed and finalized?

Since you are playing the possibility stance. Is it not also a possibility that it was a lone shooter?

Yes it is a possibility, so is the government keeping certain facts from coming to light for it's own purposes, something they are certainly not above.

Obviously if he was stopped from bringing in the guns it would have stopped him from shooting them at 100's of innocent people but sure he could have smuggled them all in. My problem is it appears you want to blame it on Muslims or anyone else. Is that because you don't believe that anyone like him (a white American) could ever do such a thing? Do you also believe Sandy Hook was a hoax?

Iguanaman does have a point - why are you using as a source a guy who clearly thought it was a Muslim terror attack? On the Wiki is his quote: "This is a real thing. Clearly Coordinated Muslim Terror attack. PRAY for our Vegas police. PRAY for victims. VERY bad. Awful."

Perhaps you should consider news sources that don't peddle wild-eyed conspiracy theories.

It asks once if ISIS was involved, a perfectly reasonable question since ISIS is well known to commit such acts of terror. The international girlfriend and money transfers make that question all the more reasonable. Again my link asked if ISIS was involved, are we not told that ISIS are different than Muslims? Are you broadbrushing all Muslims as ISIS?

When the authorities are so slow to give the public answers, it opens the door to all manner of speculation

So now it comes out. It was like pulling teeth. What answers were slow? Are you sure it is not just that you did not get the answers you wanted? If the shooter was inspired by ISIS why did he fail to mention them?
