Why isn't Joe Biden out there defending himself?

That has been dealt with by the new prosecutor. He mentioned that the suspicious activity of Burisma was from 2004 and before. Long before Hunter was on board.

Not to mention the ability of Trump's family to do their own business. But in the instance of Biden, it remained possible that he threw the weight of his office around to either protect his son, or benefit himself.

I don't have to prove historical facts to you. Just like I don't have to prove Pearl Harbor was bombed on 7 Dec 1941. I already told you to call the Texas Air National Guard and ask them for the official record, and then you can be guaranteed the record is not a forgery. You have to show me that it's NOT true, and you can't.

This is exactly why Trump is being impeached. He's not intellectually honest and the facts aren't on his side. You Trump cultists are all going to be committing hari kari together soon.

You first claimed he "was obviously" AWOL. Then you include drunk, or drugs. You have no way in hell to know that. He could have been on some special assignment not listed.

Your first one claiming he was AWOL was why I showed the fake document dated 04 May 1972. This is where the AWOL allegation came from. From one of the faked documents that made its way to Dan Rather, which ended his career, for insisting such an obvious fraud was real.

There were gaps and deletions in his records. This is normal for special assignments. Someone took these gaps, and made fake documents during these times, for manufactured dirt during the 2004 elections.

Did he miss a physical? Probably. Was he AWOL. No! He was on special assignment after already meeting all this other requirements.

You are hanging on to the lies in the four forged documents. The four forged documents were:

An order directing Bush to submit to a physical examination.
A note that Killian had grounded Bush from flying.
A note of a telephone conversation with Bush in which Bush sought to be excused from "drill."
A note (labeled "CYA" for "cover your ass") claiming that Killian was being pressured from above to give Bush better marks in his yearly evaluation.

This is proven as fact. These were forged documents.

You do realize, that most the senior staff from '72 were dead by the time the forged documents came out. Killian died in 1984. General Hodges even said the documents were fake:

The commander, Bobby Hodges, said in a telephone interview that network producers had never showed him the documents but had only read them to him over the phone days before they were featured Wednesday in a "60 Minutes" broadcast. After seeing the documents on Friday, Mr. Hodges said, he concluded that they were falsified.

No there is no evidence that Biden was protecting his son from anything. There is plenty of evidence that Jared used his "position" in the Trump Administration to secure loans and enrich his families business to the tune of 100's of millions of dollars. Ivanka also received and is receiving valuable trademarks from China worth millions that are apparently being used as a bargaining chip in Trumps Trade negotiations. This is yet another example of Trump taking his own shady behavior and turning it around to accuse a opponent of what he is blatantly doing daily.

This is what Col Hodges told the New York Times, which I guess you missed in your own article that you posted:

Mr. Hodges, 74, who was group commander of Mr. Bush's squadron in the 147th Fighter Group at Ellington Field in Houston in the early 1970's, said that when someone from CBS called him on Monday night and read him documents, "I thought they were handwritten notes."

He said he had not authenticated the documents for CBS News but had confirmed that they reflected issues he and Colonel Killian had discussed -- namely Mr. Bush's failure to appear for a physical, which military records released previously by the White House show, led to a suspension from flying.

As the article quote above stated, the Air National Guard documents stating that Bush was suspended from flying were released by the White House. Therefore, all of your whining about Dan Rather does not change this simple fact. Are you now going to argue that the White House also released forged documents that they got from the Air National Guard?

As I already explained to you several times, the forged documents that you keep going on about are totally unrelated to Bush being grounded for missing his physical. Bush missed his flight physical because 1) he was AWOL, B) he was drunk all the time, or C) he was coked-up all the time.

Take your pick on 1 of the 3 answers, I don't really care. But the bottom line is that I'm right and you're wrong.
