Why don't these nuts ever get arrested?

"rambo sticks" saved thousands of lives every year

Yeah, rioting idiots with guns sounds like something Russia would be thrilled to encourage in Moscow. Not.

what law are they breaking?

Open carry is legal in Michigan
"In Michigan, it is legal for a person to carry a firearm in public as long as the person is carrying the firearm with lawful intent and the firearm is not concealed. You will not find a law that states it is legal to openly carry a firearm.

Its illegal to not allow people to bear arms, until they amend the constitution. Not that that stops the govt.

show where they are rioting.

a noisy, violent public disorder caused by a group or crowd of persons, as by a crowd protesting against another group, a government policy, etc., in the streets.

Please show where they are being violent.

They should have been forced to surrender their weapons as they entered the building and they would not have been returned. I'm tired of their childish antics.

Apparently Michigan is big on guns:

A state police spokesman told NBC News that it is legal in Michigan to carry firearms as long as it is done with lawful intent and the weapon is visible.

(NBC link)

Which seems pretty idiotic to me because you cannot tell that someone has unlawful intent until they are in the process of doing an unlawful thing with the gun, at which point it is too late to tell them they are no longer allowed to carry it.

This is why people it is important to know your RIGHTS.
Why they stopped teaching this in high school is beyond me but this is the result.

Armed insurrection?

Let me approximate a Trumpism: you know what we used to do with traitors.

You don't know what the word traitor means, do you?

Your definition of traitors:

An illegal gathering in opposition to government degrees/laws = "traitors" according to Mr. Person's message. But, then, nearly all fellow white Democrats agreed with him that they were traitors.

Threatening and intimidating government officials in the state capitol is not lawful intent.

The judge is an idiot and should be removed.
The MI draconian orders are going way above what she is allowed to issue.

It isn't temporary harm it is permanent harm as it the Gov can continue doing this.

Sorry you cannot be arrested for following an unlawful order.
They have a 1st amendment right to protest and they are exercising that right
there is nothing the government can do.

You cannot remove a judge because you don't like their constitutionally correct yet possibly unpopular ruling. This is why they are to be appointed and not elected.

They can protest without their guns. Protecting the public safety and general good is her job.

Show us where they were threatening anyone. Read the law.

Did they point a gun at someone? if so then i say yes arrest them.
Did they shout anything threatening at someone? is so arrest them.

Until then you are just making **** up.

Why do they need a firearm inside of a government building?

Yes you can remove a judge for an unconstitutional ruling. That is why we have the constitution. It is to prevent what the Gov of MI is doing.
If the judge was following the constitution as his duty is then he would have struck down her policies.

Did you not read the law? open carry is legal in MI they are allowed to protest with their guns.
Your opinion is irrelevant.

There is nothing the government can do.

Why do they need a firearm inside of a government building?

They are allowed to. It is their right to have one.
that is all the reason they need.

What is the lawful intent of trying to intimidate government official with a firearm in the statehouse? They are a buinch of spoiled Karens.

Keep it in their car and instead act like an adult with misspelled signs at a protest.

"Lawful Intent"

What is the "intent" of carrying their weapons into the state capitol?

Keep it in their car and instead act like an adult with misspelled signs at a protest.

this is your opinion of what they should do it is irrelevant.

They are allowed to do it and it is 100% constitutional for them to do it.
They are exercising their rights. There is nothing the government can do about it.

Sorry you don't like people standing up for their rights but that is why we have a constitution.
To protect us from people with your mentality.

I don't care about your opinions. Have a great day, and a good life.

Most States, even firearm friendly ones do not allow firearms in court houses of other government buildings, my guess it is the same there. They know they are violating the law, arrest them and let the courts deal with them.

"Lawful Intent"

What is the "intent" of carrying their weapons into the state capitol?

Read the law i posted.
They are allowed to open carry.

Your argument was that they were threatening and intimidating.
I asked you to prove it.

So far you have yet to prove it you are just making **** up as always.

I agree if they were threatening or intimidating someone then they should be arrested.
since none of them have been arrested then they are not doing what you said they were doing.

What is the lawful intent of trying to intimidate government official with a firearm in the statehouse? They are a buinch of spoiled Karens.

They would respond that the lawful intent is to protest. They just happen to have a gun. I don't like it, but then I don't live in MI.

Don't say such stupid things. They aren't going deer hunting. They aren't worried that they'll attack each other. Yes, the intent probably is to intimidate since there is no logical reason for them to come with a whole bunch of rifles slung over their shoulders. It's just that there's no way to prove it until they actually do something other than wear the thing.

But inability to prove does not mean one cannot consider probabilities in light of common experience and sense. Not that your post contains either.

I don't care about your opinions. Have a great day, and a good life.

so you concede that you made another lying false claim
thanks for letting everyone here know.

no one is rioting so you are lying.
