Why won't HRC leave the national stage? Who watches her hand wringing, book selling crapola?

Lotsa people, apparently. Her sales have been pretty strong.

That's why.

I really wish she would quietly go away.

And I fear her re-emergence on the political scene. Especially, I fear her returning to politics or even running again!

She had no place as the Dem nominee in 2016, as can be seen by our current White House residence. And she has no place of import in the party today. If she wasn't married to Bill, we would not know her name; happily oblivious, I might add.

Did it do something new or just another thread to remind us that Hillary sucks

Why won't HRC leave the national stage? Who watches her hand wringing, book selling crapola?

Why should the regal and elite HRC be concerned with what the common person thinks, wants or needs?
From her view, it's not about them. It's about HER.

Matters not to be me. The longer she hangs around the public stage, spouting her line of utter bull****, the more damage she's doing to the Democrat brand, even more damage than they are doing to themselves, so like I said, matters not to me.

I just laugh at her and her bull****, and the people that believe it.

Because she got paid tens of millions to write it. And she's probably still mulling over 2020.

Liberals love a good story of victimhood, even when the victim is a crook, and especially when it's their crook.

While they wallow in what should have been and rail against what happened, conservatives should be getting on with the business of governing and rewarding the people who voted for what they said they'd do. Unfortunately, Republicans appear to be too bloody stupid to follow that simple road map to current and future success.

Because she knows it sets off the snowflake righties.

Since Bernie lost the nomination, I think it's fair to say that he's the one that didn't have a place as the Dem nominee. Since you brought it up...Hillary was a rising star in DC politics and was actually more famous than Bill when they got married. In hind sight, she probably would've done a lot better without that albatross of a husband around her neck.

I don't think she should run again...but I think she should stay in politics.

Well, that's a more sensible and balanced view than mine, I suppose.

But right now she's anathema, and I can't imagine her helping the Dem Party make inroads into Indies or Repubs.

Well, she did win the popular vote.

As long as Trump keeps blaming and invoking her name....she's not going to go away. So she might as well stay involved and help fund raise to make him a one term president.

Meh.

I dunno. She doesn't help with the Dem rank and file that can't stand her, particularly the Bernie Babies. I really think the Dems need to move past the old guard, like the GOP did with Trump. I feel like she is holding the Dems down, until they liberate themselves from her and the over-the-hill old crowd.

Funny, even though he's the oldest, I don't put Bernie in her old group. I feel he and his movement is the future of the Dems, if they can get there.

That's one of the nuttiest things I've ever heard...

After failing the District of Columbia bar exam and passing the Arkansas exam, Rodham came to a key decision. As she later wrote, "I chose to follow my heart instead of my head". She thus followed Clinton to Arkansas, rather than staying in Washington, where career prospects were brighter. He was then teaching law and running for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in his home state.
Bill Clinton was in the process of going into politics right then and there...Hillary Clinton was in the process of being a career political consultant. Perhaps a high level one. But the idea that Bill Clinton was an albatross around her neck is absurd. She would be the Dem equivalent of William Kristol or Or Karl Rove: a smarmy big talking political operative who is always wrong. That would have been the zenith of her career. Given how sloppy she is in everything she does, she probably would have wound up like Scooter Libby: in jail unless pardoned.

In fairness to her, while I'm not a fan, Trump is the one constantly bringing her up. Trump, and the GOP's rabid base, are ridiculously obsessed with her. In Trump's case, he knows that every time he screws up, all he has to do is say "Crooked Hillary" and the rabid base applauds loudly, and his screw ups become irrelevant to them.

Why do you care?

All the crap you sling at the wall seeing what sticks and what doesn't, thought you'd come up with a better post!

We live in some screwed-up times ...

[/B] We live in some weird times ...

Dude, if you would have told me 10 years ago that Donald Trump of all people would become a hero to American conservatives, I would have thought Rush Limbaugh and Alex Jones were more sane than you.

But here we are, in 2017, Donald Trump is president, elected by mostly Republican "conservative" voters, who bend over backwards on a daily basis trying to defend what basically is the indefensible.

Trump has always been about attack and obfuscate since he has very little merit of his own to draw on and out of his element...he sold a line of bull****...the question is how long will it take for those who voted for him, who bought it, to realize their foible...granted, the Hillary option wasn't much better so Trump could easily exploit that to an element of society, appealing to some of the poorer qualities of human nature.

There are still enough deaf and dumb Americans to buy her book and make her money which is what it is about for her.

Trump0 told her to write a book and promote it?

That is a crazy accusation.

The Dem rank and file are the ones that voted for Clinton...that's why she won the nomination and not Bernie. I think the "old guard" Dems are still the majority in the party and they're not going anywhere. A better solution would be for the Bernie bots to learn to compromise with the "old guard"......otherwise, let them start and fund their own party. In that way, they would only have themselves to blame for losing and being held back.

See, I feel like the Bernie babies want all the benefits of living in their parents basement, but don't want to help around the house or help pay for the bills.

Trump brings her up at least once a week.

So book or no book, Trump keeps her relevant, because he knows his supporters eat that crap up.

I rather Trump went away, to be frank. Hillary is just hawking a book. Dotard is ruining a country.
