Yeah, that came up when my wife asked "why are people close to Trump not shaking him and telling him to stop being so crazy and erratic and off-message and contradictory?"

That was our conclusion too, that people are basically letting him self destruct...the less they interfere the faster it will occur, and the less chance the collateral damage will hit them. Sad stuff. Pence has to have thought about the real possibility that he may end up President.

First the excuse was Comey was fired for the AG letter. Now, it's morphed into the FBI was in 'turmoil' And Trump comes out and admits to obstructing justice in the Lester Holt interview. He says he fired Comey for "made up Russia stuff"

Why did Spicer, Pence, Huckabee-Sanders, and Conway, all have talking points that are contradictory to what Trump says.
