Who is Christine Blasey Ford?

Oh my gawd, that is incredible that she is the majority of the nation by being "unhappy" that Trump won.

The purpose of mentioning this is to show possible motive for Ford's desire to derail Trump's pick.

It really is sad how conservatives keep getting victimized by the other half of the country. (Ok, it's more like 45% to 55% because of the never-ending urban shift).

We're such stoopid poopoodummyfaces, God hates us, and everything we do is wrong. BUT, somehow - and this is key - somehow we keep pulling off these really clever scams to victimize, defeat, and generally stymie proper God-Fearin PA-TRI-OOOOTS.

Sorry, your point was what? You will reject the claim of anyone who is making a cross-aisle identification?

(Be careful with that one.....)

Um, what? You got all that from a wiki link I thought was interesting?
Well, it's good you got all that vile out... Feel better now?

It would be nice if you stayed on topic.

Her recently receiving death threats is irrelevant to why she installed a 2nd front door years ago as is her installing a backdoor in a bedroom.

She testified that she remodeled her home to have two FRONT doors installed because of her phobia. The reason she installed the second FRONT door is what I'm calling into question.

It sounds as if it a of been a financial motive behind it. When I was a young boy my grandmother use to share a home with her sister. It was called a mother/daughter home. It had 2 front doors. One allowed entrance to grandmother's home and the other allowed entrance to my great aunts area. They were two complete homes fused together.

Sorry you cannot recall Ms Ford’s testimony.

Yes she did testify that the other front door was installed because of her phobia.

But then during the testimony she switched her testimony to now which means the present time ... the time of her testimony.

Cut and paste info from transcript

FEINSTEIN: Is that the reason for the second door — front door…

FORD: Correct.

FEINSTEIN: … is claustrophobia?

FORD: Correct. It doesn’t — our house does not look aesthetically pleasing from the curb.

FEINSTEIN: I see. And do you have that second front door?

FORD: Yes.

FEINSTEIN: It’s…

FORD: It — it now is a place to host Google interns.
Because we live near Google, so we get to have — other students can live there.

Have you considered that it wasn't until Trump picked specifically Kavanaugh that she decided to come forth. If Trump had picked any other conservative for the Supreme Court, she would not have come forth, she said. As such, she wasn't trying to derail "Trump's pick", just Kavanaugh.

Yes, i have thought of this but her story still can't be corroborated as pointed out throughout the forum.

Have you ever thought that she came forward as a Democratic operative attempting to derail a Trump conservative pick?

No, I believe her intention was not to derail Trump's pick, just Kavanaugh.

By the way, let me state unequivocally that going back 35 years to prove something is usually close to impossible, especially with a 15-year old girl that was scared to even tell her parents.

In listening to both Ford and Kavanaugh, I believe Ford was 100% believable and Kavanaugh was 0% believable. Evidently, one of the two is/was lying and I would bet it was Kavanaugh. He sounded mad, he lost his cool, he was partisan, he lied several times about his drinking and he sounded guilty. Innocent people, especially with 20+ years of being a judge, do not act like he did.

I believe her story and don't believe him and I am telling you this not from a political point of view but from a human point of view.

Okay. You won't ever see me go against your right to believe what you believe.
I really am a liberal at heart, though I support some conservative views as well.
I truly believe she allowed herself to be a political pawn. I am not saying she was not sexually assaulted. She is not stupid... she willingly went before congress knowing she could not corroborate her attempted rape allegation... Here's what I am really saying. Pay attention please... She willingly, nobody forced her, to go before congress to make the OPTICS look very badly for a Trump nominee in the 11th hour.

Sorry, but you must have me confused with someone who cares about anything you write.

Have a wonderful evening figuring out my point.

I don't believe that proving or disproving the Ford story is now pivotal. His diatribe in defending himself totally disqualified him for the Supreme Court post.

I am not a Conservative by nature and totally believe that Roe vs Wade should remain as is. In addition, Kavanaugh believes that a sitting President should not be prosecuted for anything and that is likely to come to be something the Supreme Court could vote on. As such, I do not want Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court. I would not like a Conservative judge nominated to begin with but I do believe that people that believe in the law can make the right decisions when push comes to shove, so if some other Conservative gets nominated and passed, I could live with it. To me Kavanaugh is going to cause a big problem for the Supreme Court in general. If there is one institution that should not have that happen to them, it is the Supreme Court.

On the other hand, the way that McConnell prevented Merrick Garland from being voted on for 1 full year was pure manipulation and bullying and that always sticks in my craw. I don't like bullies and McConnell and Trump are both absolute bullies and therefore as long as they are there, I will vote for the Democrats no matter what.

No one has EVER said the Republicans are stupid, just corrupt and without principles, ethics, morals, or humanity in general (not specific to any one person other than Trump - exceptions do exist. Unfortunately, not too many)
