White Privilege Nazis

I have a cool anecdotal story to tell today about a friends son and his encounter with the WPN (white privilege Nazis).
Seems his son was working at the labor level in agriculture out west, and as a young white person, this is a job he should not have been willing to do.
Well, he worked there all summer in the heat. His companions? Entirely Hispanic.
Now I have to admit, I've worked twice in my life in that field when I was young, both times when my own privilege failed to produce a cushy white man's job for me.
The Hispanic folks I worked with back then (over 30 years ago) were by and large very nice, kind, considerate, and hard working folks and we got along very well.
They respected me and I respected them.
Seems things have changed a bit since then.
My friends son was put upon from day one by his co-workers, primarily for being white and having privilege. He was of course guilty. He is white as can be, and has connections in the company to boot.
I know this kid personally. He is quiet, well-mannered, and respectful of folks. He could probably be a bit tougher, but age will take care of that most certainly.
So the Hispanics chased him out after a few months. He couldn't handle the heat he was getting from all his co-workers. He could have gone to the big boss of course, but he was actually concerned for his safety as many of his co-workers were ex-cons.
It didn't mean that much to him to risk his well-being.
He just packed his bags and has gone to look for more gainful and friendly employment, which he will very likely find. He is the quiet, steadfast type of worker and surely will be a manager or business owner at some point.

This got me to thinking, who are these Hispanics and how do they get their jobs? Since the entire labor force in this particular place is Hispanic, I guess you could say that they have their own privilege, at least in this space.
If you don't match their ethnicity then you are just s@*& out of luck for a job.
And isn't this exactly the kind of discrimination that Progressives decry?

I understand that Progressives are playing all groups against each other in order to bring about a more socialistic and "fair" system of government. It's just sick and sad to me.
On the bright side, I know this kind of social dishonesty will fail in the end. So we have that going for us. History does rhyme.

Well...first of all, kudos on the attempt to rebrand "Nazi" to mean someone on the Left, when there are real Nazis running around who are clearly part of the alt-Right fringe. I think that gets you some points for a timeliness and tact.

As for the rest...cool story. Doesn't budge the statistical evidence of white privilege in the least, but it was a good story. However if it were "Hispanic" privilege, they wouldn't have to act all thugged out...not that it's a good thing, but it's a different thing, called protectionism. Privilege is when you don't have to do anything at all to secure that job and push others out, or limit their participation, and on a macro level (understanding that on a micro level some businesses / industries definitely favor marginalized folks, most often because they can be exploited) this is something we white folks get to enjoy more than anyone else.

Anyone in the US has more privilege (opportunity) by far than most of the rest of the world. Using your racist ideology to effect change isn't helpful to anyone, including those you purport to help.

I am not a 'you guys.' I am an individual who values all people. One of the folks I hold in high esteem, at least for his activist work, was Dr King, who advocated for peace and equality. Something the Progressives reject.
Antifa tactics are embraced, or at minimum, turned a blind eye.

We can't have it both ways. The means does not justify the ends.

Ben Shapiro routinely takes what I am admittedly assuming are your statistics to task in a methodical and scientific method. He is the guy that Progressives shout down are prohibit from speaking whenever they can. Does that make sense to you?

It's not just "white privilege". Most low to mid end factories in California had a fair mix of black, white, Asian, and Latino employees in the late 90's, early 00's. Now they are almost entirely Mexican. The Latino workforce will do what it takes to drive the blacks out. California has made it much easier by allowing businesses to hire illegals without penalty, thus giving "Mexican privilege".

And they have earned it. They work cheap, rarely complain, will work through breaks, will work cash, will do off the books favors. Unsafe machinery, no problema. They get hurt, they don't sue you. They call it "flexible".

White privilege, black privilege, it's all bull****. It's about the government not enforcing the law equally.

It's in the California government's interest to keep prices low using illegal and legal immigrant labor because the prices of everything are so relatively high as it is. The other races, being citizens for the most part, are covered by welfare. Illegals have to work because the welfare they get is not as generous as a citizen as it's directed toward their children for the most part. The end result is the motivated labor pool far outstrips the demand for labor so wages stay low and politicians are heroes for keeping prices down and campaigning on a higher minimum wage.

It's the biggest con job on the working citizen ever!
