White House releases memo of Trump-Ukraine call

This is the exact OPPOSITE of the moral duty the president holds to his office and the moral obligation he has to the people he serves.

This is corruption on a grand scale, an authoritarian like Dutuerte would be proud.

Probably because they asked for him ... after having previously been denied a visa to the US by Obama-appointed ambassador and their hand-delivered file to the US State Attorney in NY went into oblivion.

Besides, as you can see from the transcript the state department (Barr) along with Giuliani would talk to the Ukrainians.
