White House expects to see Mueller findings before they go to Congress

I enjoy how we've devolved it down to "Trump supporters" and "Trump Haters". More proof I was right, that Trump has slain conservatism and replaced it with his own swaggering brand of theocratic autocracy, and that the far left who oppose him has seized the initiative of his idiocracy to skew the conversation toward word policing and actual thought crime.

It makes me patently ill that this odious perspective is peddled here and everywhere else.

We can't be concerned that the president may have broken the law. We can't be concerned about states taking firearms. It's all trump supporters vs trump haters and we need to draw ideological lines in the sand to make sure we know who stands where.

We can expect the White House to assert Executive Privilege over the contents of the Mueller Report before it's released to Congress, though ultimately it will be AG Barr's call whether the report goes through the White House first.

It all really depends on Barr's priorities. It's still not clear if he will be protecting the institution of the Department of Justice, protecting the institution of the White House, or acting as Trump's lawyer. Trump believed that Holder was acting as Obama's personal lawyer, and Trump has that exact same expectation of his AG.

If the public trust around the single most significant investigation since Watergate is first on his list, he will not allow the suspect to determine which evidence the jury may hear. But if the preservation of Donald Trump is first on his list (a duty that so many Republicans have adopted), then he will allow it. The consequence of the latter, of course, is that the public will conclude that the final report they are allowed to see is a sham and that a coverup has happened.

Yeah, you guys are already coming up with the explanation for a report that does nothing to implicate Trump. You people BELIEVE because you sooo desperately want to believe.

But here's the problem. The left has been pushing a narrative that Trump was basically a traitor to the U.S. That he colluded with Russians to win the presidency.. But if Mueller's report can't produce such "evidence" then they are setting the stage to doubt AG Barr producing all the report. Some of it actually can not be released following legal guidelines but the left is setting up those things that can't be released as being the very things that the left will declare would justify their feckless claims.

It’s all over the place because it’s purely speculative. The idea is to blame Trump for something he probably won’t do.

There is little more absurd than a Trump supporter.... We see they have so little regard for Truth, Justice and American Democracy..... These people want what they had in the 1950's ! "White Nationalism"....and all that came with it. many of their parents grew up with that, and many of the posters who are in the rage on the baby boomer general white segment of society that visit and frequent these sites, grew up with it.

They can't fathom a world where the real Truth and Justice and American Democracy FOR ALL EXIST. People should take very seriously and indulge with full sincerity of understanding of what LBJ said:

They have been trained their entire life from the passed on groomed in generational ideology to worship "any" white man who has money, and promotes ethnic, and racial divisiveness. That's why Trump knew he could tell them, that "Donald Trump claimed he could "stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody" and not "lose any voters." He knew for the sake of "white nationalism".. people would do exactly as their parents did in the early years of racist madness, and that is to proclaim him as innocent and make claim that he had a full right as a white man, in a "white nationalist system" to shoot someone and not be held accountable.

Now.. they are willing to "allow" him and his supporters and promoters in the criminal regime, to "try and tamper and distort" any and every investigation that is set forth to bring forth the truths and expose his malice, his treasonous acts, his subversive agenda, and the campaign of his whole existence being one that worships money above anything and everything. America beyond the concept of being a left open cash-register... means nothing to Trump... He already told the people, he thinks he can out swindle anyone on any matter, and when that does not work he can buy silence, and play to the white racist bigots as his cover.

The Big difference today.. is the Liberal Aware America is no longer afraid of the Right Wing Racist and Bigots... and the Liberal White America's are acknowledging they are aware and learning the exact same things black people tried to bring the entire nation to see for centuries and decades.
