Why haven't YOU gone forward asking for the violence to stop?

Why do you assume he has not?

Why would you listen to him now after you berated him for peacefully protesting in the past. He has walked the talk, he has donated sizeable amounts of money to his community.

He has spoken out except the violence he wants to stop isn't the violence you want to stop.

That OP is deplorable cult circle jerk material. No one should be surprised. MR's avatar is the result of complaints by minorities. It's a victim-racist avatar. He began using it after the complaints about that flag on sneakers. He intends for it to be racially offensive.

When someone's avatar is race bait, such an OP is to be expected.

You're free to post any links proving that Kaepernick has asked for the violence to stop. Meanwhile, I do ask for the violence to stop.

Trump has suggested the violence increase

Trump has suggested that law enforcement stop the violence. To just sit there and watch cities get burned, people get hurt, and stores vandalized and looted is stupid.

Conservatives care more about symbols than the actual freedom of marginalized groups.

Conservatives demonized Colin Kaepernick because he kneeled during a song, someone like Philado Castile got killed by a cop for pretty dubious reasons and conservatives will just shrug, conservative ''limited government'' will never apply to someone like Castile.

Conservatives have using ''freedom and patriotism'' to promote mindless groupthink for a long time, if you don't support the Iraq War in 2003 you were not patriotic, if don't oppose gay marriage until 2015, you were not patriotic if you don't support the militarized police and their heavy-handed tactics, you are not patriotic. Colin Kaepernick kneels, he is unpatriotic, because he did not obey the power structure that makes conservatives feel comfortable. Conservative patriotism is not about freedom, its about submission to conservative elites, it was submission to George W. Bush from 2000 to 2008 and its submission to Donald Trump now.

What did MLK say about riots:

'A riot is the language of the unheard'

Minneapolis protest: Martin Luther King Jr. quote about riot resonates

Would there be riots, if the militarized police did not routinely use state police against the black community? Where are the supposed small-government conservatives when the militarized police violate the rights of African Americans?

Good, and so do I.

Why does it matter that Kaep make such a public statement, and how do you know he has not?

He has spoken out except the violence he wants to stop isn't the violence you want to stop.

So, you're saying that we should allow people to be hurt, cities to be burned, destruction of property and looting is OK?

Your avatar is race bait. You use it as race bait. It's not an accident. You began employing it after minorities complained about that flag on sneakers. Your avatar is "**** you, minorities, I hope this flag offends you".

Thus, I'm not the least surprised when you create a race baiting, dumbass, alt-right, whitey OP.

Good, and so do I.

Why does it matter that Kaep make such a public statement, and how do you know he has not?

Because he made a public statement to fight. The families have made a public statement to end the violence. Where is his public statement to end the violence? He is a hero to many who don't protest peacefully. By remaining silent he encourages violence.

Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I didn't realize it was the political party that nominated George Wallace in the 1968 presidential election.

He has suggested they not be so nice.

Code for beat them up

Now you're talking in codes? He has suggested that violence across America be stopped by whatever means are necessary to do it. Personally, I'm not against permanently removing anyone connected with violence in any way necessary. Shooting them is OK. There should be sharp shooters everywhere taking out those connected with violence.

It's really about the old flag and the reactionary message it sends. When that flag was put on sneakers by a major manufacturer, minorities complained. They said, "wait a minute. When that flag flew, we were slaves. We don't wanna wear that flag."

That's when it became MR's avatar.

The party is merely icing on his race bait avatar cake.

You want cops to fire at anyone seen looting or breaking windows?

Or maybe that there shouldn't be a need for this ****.

Cops have license to kill - and the 2Aers are sitting at home waiting for government tyranny? This is government tyranny! You've supposedly git common cause here to make a change, but you're more concerned with right vs left thsn right vs wrong.

He made a public statement to fight? Like the colonists fighting the Red Coats? Where is his musket?
