The sanctuary cities sounded like a nobel cause. It sounded like they left was on the side of the poor illegal immigrants. But once Trump asked them, to put their money where their mouth was; accept illegals and give then sanctuary in sanctuary cities, they cried foul. The Democrats promise was all sweet sounding bull crap. It was like promising someone you will share the lottery winnings if you win the lottery This type of person will get credit, uno front, for something they will not have to do.
Remember, when the Democrats were so big hearted about DACA children. Trump offers the Democrats a path to DACA that expanded the program. Once the Democrats had to put their money where the mouth was, they baulk. It was all bull crap, based on a hypothetical promise, that they assumed will never happen. Yet they will get credit for saying it. Call them on it, and they will baulk.
The left thinks all you need to do is pretend to care, and that counts for more than actions. Trump has provided job's at record levels, for blacks and hispanics. Jobs allows anyone to become more self sufficient and better able to participate in the American dream. This is a tangible expression of love, that transcends racism.
Let me put it this way, which is the better mother? One mother is strict to the rules, but she is caring, and prepares her children for their own lives, apart from her. She believes if you love someone, you will make then strong, set them free, and maybe someday they will return; Trump.
The other mother wants to control her children. She does everything for them, so they can never leave her, and become self sufficient without her; Democrats. The second is a manipulator, who is not beyond playing games to get her way. This includes being two faced and hypocritical. The child is not allowed to make their own choices apart from her, less they become self reliant.
One has to keep in mind, that the Democrats were the party of slavery. They believed that the blacks were inferior to the whites and could be used as slaves. Someone who believes this playbook theme, will treat minorities differently, compared to their own "class". They will feel the need to give preferential treatment, because deep down they believe they are not equal. They believe they need a handicap to approximate equal.
If you firmly believe all people are equal, a handicap approach amounts to cheating, since equals should all have the same rules. No golfer on the Pro tour has a handicap, since they are all considered equal. Handicaps in golf only appear where good and poor players all play together. The pretend caring is racism degassed with an illusion.
Trump expects Americans, visiting foreign counties, to obey the rules of the host nations. Since he believes all humans as equal, the same considerations needs to apply to immigrant who come to the US. The Democrats assume breaking US immigrant law is OK for illegal immigrants, since they unconsciously assume; play book, the immigrants are second string and therefore they need a handicap. Do the math!
If you add handicap, to the assumed the level of a person, to reach the same level someone who does not use a handicap, the first person is lower. The Democrats are the racists, due to the their subjective need to add a handicap to anyone not white, male, straight or Christian. Trump prefers no handicaps. This is not racists or sexists. This math sees everyone already adding up as equals. Math may not be a strong suit, if you are on the left. But this is how science resolves problems.
