Y'all are for Law and Order until it affects your Dear Leader, then that seems to go out the window. Judges run their court rooms, they are in charge. If you are audibly muttering under your breath during jury selection, and the judge tells you to knock it off, you knock it off or you get repercussions. This isn't Jr. High, it's a court of law, and there are rules that govern that. Sorry if that upsets you.

Once again Trump mumbled something under his breathe loud enough at one of the jurors and though this juror was not one chosen, the judge had to again admonish his lawyers for the action. This is not a free speech issue as it happens in a court of law, although I am sure some of you will say he has the right to do so. To be honest if I were the judge I would either put him in a nearby room and have him watch via cameras with his sound muted or have him gaged and stay in the court. I have seen this happen in some court cases on TV. What would you do?

Put him in the courthouse holding cell with closed circuit tv.

The bottom line is that if Merchan did the respectable (right) thing and recused himself, then Trump would not be dragging Merchan's daughter into the fray, and there would be no need for a gag order.

I'm pretty sure that if Jesus Christ were the judge here, Trump loyalists would be insinuating low moral values and calling him names.

I certainly think he has some very serious mental and emotional issues which seem to be more personal than financial. After seeing her WH Christmas decorations.....I dunno about that! Although I do recall Trump being furious with some redecorating at Mar a Lago she oversaw , some rather tasteful changes. He was upset there wasn't enough glitz. I think it's all part of his need for ostentatious show.
