...crowd?
So Trump's gone on a rally tour this past month. Honestly, I can't think of a single politician actively holding Public Office right now able to match the size of his crowds.
Obama in his day, even after leaving the White House, demonstrated an ability to draw larger crowds than Trump. WE know this reality bothers Trump.
In 2008, an estimated 200,000 came to listen to Obama. In 2017, on a return trip to Berlin, an estimated 70,000 came to listen.

In the United States, history suggests a segment of the Public can adore a morally depraved criminal. Case in point, the notorious bank robber John Dillinger:

I earnestly hope Trump's current ability to draw a crowd does not bode well for his efforts to win a 2nd term. For those of you who might not know, Dillinger met his end by police gunfire in a movie theater.

In the United States, history suggests a segment of the Public can adore a morally depraved criminal. Case in point, the notorious bank robber John Dillinger:
5. Dillinger was a nationwide celebrity.
With so many famous robberies and getaways, Dillinger’s face was splashed across newspapers and newsreels as much as some Hollywood stars. An Indianapolis lottery on when he would be captured proved so popular it had to be shut down, and his father was offered a small fortune to do public-speaking engagements. When Dillinger and his gang were arrested in Tucson, Arizona, scores of people filed through the city jailhouse just for the opportunity to lay eyes on the dashing criminal. Businesses even used him as an unsanctioned celebrity endorsement. Upon learning that the car-loving outlaw drove their automobile, one Hudson dealership hung a banner reading, “Dillinger Chooses the 1934 Hudson For His Personal Use.” When the robber later switched to a Ford, the company printed brochures saying, “Will they catch John Dillinger? Not until they get him out of a Ford V8!”
