At first listen I found this trite, sentimental, now after numerous listenings, I am deeply affected. My wife took to this immediately, kept repeating it. It grew on me. Now it is part of me. I start fooling around on one my parlor guitars and I find myself drifting in and out of the movements from this wonder with abandonment of conscious. I hear the horns haunting me, feel the drums, as the poetry grasps my attention. Truly transcendent. So apt for these times.
