Businessman Trump worked (colluuded?) with Russian businessmen and builders (agents?) on a regular basis. And then he was elected. His representatives spoke to representatives of other nations including Russia. "Colluding" or estabishing working relationships??? I guess the answer depends on whether one can look at thinks objectively or from a purely partisan basis dictated by the "Resistance".

That article was written before the Barr Spin on the Mueller report came out. We still need to see what's in the report.

I suspect there wont be a thing about being manipulated and we will again know its just another of the many so called leaks from the Mueller investigation that turns out again to be purposeful misinformation.
