The police officer lives in Örebro, where there is one of the largest Arab communities in Sweden comparable with that of Stockholm and Gothenburg. It's a small town and the Örebro police without adequate resources must be overwhelmed by crimes committed by foreign nationals unlike the country's two largest cities. The Arabs are the fastest-growing migrant group in Sweden because of ongoing conflicts in Iraq, Syria, and Libya. The majority of them arrived in Sweden as asylum seekers but overall, there are only 211,000 Arabs in Sweden, making up 2% of the population.

On Tuesday, Sweden's Prime Minister Stefan Löfven challenged the police officer's claims.

"I don't know how it looks in Örebro, but from a broader perspective I find it very difficult to see that one hundred percent of police resources are taken up by crimes which are committed by immigrants. I have a very, very hard time accepting that picture, I want to state that it is wrong," he told newspaper Expressen.

The story lists Somalians as crime suspects as well, not just Arabs.

The US Dept of State listed total Muslim persons in Sweden at 6% in 2014, which means that its probably closer to 10% by now.

Not entirely true. The majority of 'asylum seekers', actually migrants have nothing to do with Syria or Iraq. They come from all over the Muslim world: From Pakistan and Afghanistan to Nigeria and Somalia. Although there are many Tunisians, Moroccans and others from North Africa it seems that only a minority of current arrivals are Arabs.

Little is certain however as 'asylum seekers' always arrive without documentation and offer false names, dates of birth and countries of origin. One certainty however is that masddive Muslim immigration is socially destructive and an immense burden on the economy.

The mention of Facebook by you is to minimize the message and equate it with family gossip or trading recipes. It was the only outlet that would have published his message. The media would have had no part of it. Too late to minimize his message, nice try.

Why not find an island that is quite large, set up a processing center, allow refugees to live there. Set up shops. Set up police forces for them. Ship in goods and services. And if they wish to immigrate, provide them a processing center to do so legally. Kind of like Ellis Island.
