I'm sure her attributes will do well in the EU in terms of diplomacy.

Good choice could have gone with the older well informed educated rational political philosopher but the best blow job in Kiev is a far better tack.

Negotiations are underway for Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukraine State Railways) to transfer operations management to Germany’s Deutsche Bahn railway company for 10 years. Ukraine would still own
the railways, but Deutsche Bahn would manage day-to-day operations along with planning, implementing modernization, and ending corruption. This plan would apply to both the passenger and
the freight traffic divisions. With a 280,000 workforce, it is felt that Ukrzaliznytsia is bloated and inefficient. But trains are always on time. And the passenger car concierge service is excellent.

Soviet Union history of WWII says that in the fall of 1943, Germany murdered 2,000 Italian troops held in the Citadel in Lviv above. Recent investigations by different historians
say this story cannot be true because no Italian troops remained in the area at the time. The Italians had retreated and were fighting in Greece and the Balkans or had returned to Italy.
