If that had actually happened, you might have a point, but no evidence so far.

But we know that Trump was blackmailable during the 2016 campaign, by Putin. Trump was insisting that he had no business in Russia. All Putin had to do was threaten to make that business public.

Two of them are worried enough to have accepted the role before his retweets. He is under a gag order that specifically prohibited intimidating jurors. Even if you don't like the words in the title, this is an obvious problem.

Is this appropriate for any defendant?

Well one was dismissed for an arrest in reference to tearing down political posters ..to be fair that probably wasn’t fear that got him dismissed, but the nurse was
