E. Whine about winning the Senate and then insisting upon as if it were important in the context of the talk.

That's the problem with these "public meetings". Everybody is trying to get their gotcha sound bites in. It's a Trump shut down. Is not, is too, is not, is too, not not not, too too too. And they got him stammering and and fumbling over his words. Great, awesome. So nothing gets done. 5 billion dollars is not a big ask. The US budget is over 4 trillion dollars. Isn't that like, less that 1%? It's all politics. That's it. It's not about the money.

If you are referring to Schumer saying: “When a president brags that he’s won Indiana and North Dakota, he’s in real trouble,” I don't find that disrespectful. Those are two bright red states and if Trump is bragging that he won them, it's not much of a brag.

The irony here is illegal immigration has continued to decreased under Trump's leadership without the type of border wall Trump seeks. So, if the numbers are going down and that's largely due to increased Border Patrol agents, more ICE agents, a "narrowing of the funnel" at specific checkpoints whereby illegal immigrants can legally enter the country and a significant change in policy directed towards a more hardlined vetting process, why would you need the wall? Seems the job's getting done without it.

The "Trump Effect" of jawboning frightened illegals until they realized that the notorious unregistered agents for foreign interests (aka the Democrats in Congress) would protect illegals from being treated as it they were illegal.
