Gordon got a drug/alcohol problem. Stories were when he did play he'd show up at meetings and practices stoned.

This is to say the least a 'long shot'.

If I was the Steelers I would have traded AB years ago. He's a cancer in the clubhouse. Steelers are getting hammered Sunday and all AB cared about was they weren't throwing the ball to him enough. Steelers scored a TD in the 4th, the team is on the field celebrating....AB walked off alone to yell at the Steeler offensive coordinator. I guess he only cares and celebrates when HE scores.. F the team huh?

Tomlin and AB need to go.

Lets say you are the GM of the Buffalo Bills. You HAVE to imagin your season is already pretty much shot...right? If I'M that GM?

Right now I have a call in to Colin Kaepernick, Bryant, and I'm working on deals for Bell and AB.

Bell and/or AB I can see, not that they would help that awful Bills team much, but they would create a buzz, they would up the Bills TV ratings, etc.

I don't see any upside to Kap or Bryant.. Especially Kap in conservative upstate NY

Im thinking the sheer entertainment value. Forget about attendance. Go for Pay Per View...thats where the real money is at.
 
Gordon to NE is definitely a high reward low risk decision. If he turns out to be a bum Pats aren't any worse for it, since their big issues are defense and the O line.

Yep, that's why I said it's a long shot. Browns gave him a bunch of chances and he thanked them by being late to meetings this year and screwing up.. Bill won't be as nice.

If he can pass the drug tests, he's a great gamble. I'm sure Bill knows where to find clean pee.
 
Rather boring game, Seattle at Chicago. It's kind of sad to see how Seattle has imploded lately. They used to be a great team. They can't even capitalize when they get interceptions. By the way, Trubisky is really irregular. Some very good plays at times but at other times he is an interception machine. I think his dynamics are off.
 
Khalil Mack is really, really good. One wonders what stupidity made the Raiders ship him out.

It was a tough game for Seattle. Definitely not having Bobby Wagner,K.J. Wright, and Doug Baldwin inactive hurt them.
Chicago's Mack is unstoppable.

But even though it was a lost it was only by one touchdown. It is a long season.

I care about Josh Gordon the person and the New England Patriots provide a blueprint for not only football success, but life success.

Every WR Tom Brady touches, is like being baptized. Look at what happened with Randy Moss, Danny Amendola, Julian Edelman, Chris Hogan, etc....

Hue Jackson is a fraud. This is a coach that said on Hard Knocks that he didn't want to overextend his players yet punishes them by playing them the entire preseason.

Josh Gordon had no reason to trust the Cleveland Browns.
 
Bears D led by Mack was awesome tonight, but the offense needs work- Im worried about Trubisky- I'm still on the fence whether he's a franchise QB.
