That has nothing to do with a "right" to protest on your employers time.
That right does exist in these circumstances.
What you are not understanding is that a "right" is a legal entitlement. If a person has such a legal entitlement to protest on their employers time, the employer can not issue sanctions as that would be an infringement of that so-called "right".
iLOLAnyone at anytime, in any venue, can protest. Not you, nor anyone else can stop them. That was protected by a multitude of American laws, both state and federal in behalf of union organization.
