The question is why, after having the opportunity to investigate Joe Biden in 2017 or 2018 and only waiting until July 2019 after the polls came out that Joe Biden was in the lead, didn't Trump choose to investigate Biden using his own Attorney General to implement an investigation using the FBI or CIA or any one of our 17 Intelligence agencies, but instead went to a foreign government under duress to bribe them to open an investigation into Joe Biden?

Joe admitted his QPQ on video in Jan 2018 at a conference....Trump has been under investigation since then with Mueller Investigation couldn't do anything....as soon as that ended Trump was making introductions with Ukraine President to connect Barr

It is in fact for the lack of evidence. Evidence has a standard and in a courtroom or any legal hearing hearsay, 2nd and 3rd and 4th hand information is not admissible. Opinions or what I was told do not hold water even though the democrats have said second hand is better than first hand evidence.

Yeah we all saw the video. Do you really believe that if Joe Biden thought for a second that his actions were illegal that he would go boasting about it in public, knowing he's being recorded? Come on now, that's not logical. You know why Biden withheld the money, you know it very well because we've gone over that a dozen times or more here on DP, so stop playing as though you're not aware of it. POTUS is attacking a witness who is testifying in his impeachment hearing.
That's enough.

That he's a sitting President from the bully pulpit doing so, publicly, while she's testifying, make it considerably worse.

Attorney's always recommend not commenting on ongoing investigations into yourself, and certainly not to disparage witnesses. Most non-idiots leave the disparaging to others.
