My impression, as I am no expert on the matter, is that it is done different state by state. I, personally, do not question at least his initial citizenship. His mother was an American for gosh sakes.

With it being stipulated that slenderman has not released many of his early records, for instance, his Columbia transcripts... why? It does not add up after all these years. It cannot be because maybe he made poor grades, who would care at this late date? As it would/could be inspirational if one could show that deficit and yet come back to become president of the USA after overcoming such obstacles.

Poor grades, however, would not seem the culprit in any event as he got into Harvard Law... so what's the holdup?

Something is odd, fishy at the minimum. There are also so many other quirky coincidences that don't match up. Then a forensic examination of the document released only brought up more questions unanswered.

So, it is a valid question that curious individuals ponder and that has yet to be answered in a manner that sufficiently settles the dispute. I have no dog in the citizenship debate, only came to wonder why all the subterfuge and wrangling over what should be an open and shut proposition.

All the after birthers complain and yet have no true answers, just a willingness to confirm their own bias and shrug it off as nothing as their curiousity and appetite for truth are, obviously, much lower than my own.

Our society is so.polluted with persuasive messaging that it is hard to distinguish between real issues and manufactured ones.

Anybody that is actually searching through the blizzard of tidbits, those billions of extraneous distractors in an effort to find the truth... I have common ground with. That does not guarantee agreement, but I understand and can sense diligence and sincerity.

As we cannot be in all places we have to search and find the answers as best possible... ultimately it's the gut that tells us what we believe. You have to know enough to be beyond dangerous. Then make your best judgment.
