Not a trivial inaccuracy, obviously it must have been big enough to warrant the statement. However I think people are now overreacting in the other direction and not realizing there's still a story here and so it is still a big deal and somewhat damning for Trump.

They are releasing information to the general public. He is stating its not true. Its not some 5d chess bull**** that the Trumpsters like to say. The story was fake news. Its really that simple. Get over it.

Absolutely. I posted how the buzzfeed author had a credibility issue on an article he wrote a couple years ago. But what I find funny is how all those who've been screaming "WITCHHUNT" at mueller for his entire investigation now find him incredibly credible. Good show! :lol:

This was an important correction to make. We're going into a holiday weekend and the word "impeachment" is on the lips of more and more people in a position to vote for impeachment. The LAST thing Mueller wants is for congress to go off half cocked on a story he knows is inaccurate. Frankly, his silence in such a circumstance would only bolster the idea that his investigation was a "witch hunt".
