Victoria Toensing - Fox News legal expert

Yes...especially when the corruption comes from Trump haters who have wormed their way into the Trump administration. Yovanovitch comes to mind.

Sorry but she was in our government way before trump and was removed because she was in the way of trump's corruption scheme.

What nonsense, Mycroft, and it doesn't answer my question.

Why didn't he just fire her?

you won't answer, you know why he wouldn't just fire her.

I'll take a guess... Does it involve lawyers and court issued subpoenas?

A lot of attention is being focused on the interview of Lev Parnas and his contention that everyone was 'in the loop' including Pence and Barr. There's many others who knew what was going on including Fox's Victoria Toensing.
Victoria Toensing, wife to Fox legal opinion commentator Joe diGenova, is another person neck deep who's involved and knows a whole lot. I would be interested to see her called as a witness.
Rudy Giuliani sent a letter to Zelensky in which he request a meeting and specifically mentions that VictoriToensing will be accompanying him.

In response, Victoria Toensing's law firm has put out a statement;
Victoria Toensing Law Firm Says They Had No Knowledge of Rudy Letter to Zelensky
Mark Corallo, a spokesperson for the law firm that Toensing helms with her husband, told The Daily Beast that no one at the firm had any knowledge of the letter. Corallo said the firm also had no knowledge of Giuliani’s outreach to Zelensky’s administration. Giuliani, meanwhile, has said last May that Toensing would be in Ukraine with him, as The New York Times reported. And Toensing has been open about efforts to find information in Ukraine related to a Biden-linked energy company
Toensing has been a sad, sad shill since the pre-Iraq invasion days.

As another poster already said, what the hell is so evil about rooting out corruption?
Is this you honest assessment of what the objections are?
Do you earnestly believe that people are concerned about keeping corruption in place?

Or are you trying out a cool debate technique where you pretend to misunderstand the other side of the debate?

"No knowledge". Right, just like Trump never met Lev Parnas (must be true, Trump told us)!

Lev Parnas: I'''ll show pics every time Trump claims not to know me - Business Insider

Dude the mental gymnastics you're jumping through are a total embarassment. Once again, Trump supporters want us to believe ONLY THEY KNOW THE TRUTH.

Where's the ****ing Qanon part of the forum?

Unacceptable answer, try again.

Nonsense. I'm not the only one who knows the truth. But you are not being told the truth by your sources and, therefore, you don't believe the truth...even when it's placed right in front of you.

Frankly, I don't give a damn if you find the truth acceptable or not. You have that choice.

I don't know why he didn't just fire her. I don't know why he didn't just indict her. Those are things I think he should have done.

What are your sources for 'truth'? Limbaugh, Hannity?

Sorry but she was in our government way before trump and was removed because she was in the way of trump's corruption scheme.

The only scheme Trump has had involving corruption is in getting rid of it...and yes, she got in the way of that and was removed.

They are not.
Lots of people are excited about corruption being removed from the WH.

There's that alternative universe again.

Trump is working to remove corruption, so the targets...the corrupt...claim HE'S the one who is corrupt.

And the useful idiots believe that alternative nonsense.

I don't know why he didn't just fire her. I don't know why he didn't just indict her. Those are things I think he should have done.

Because he needed to smear her, so people LIKE YOU think SHE is the problem.

THAT'S why. THAT'S why. And you won't admit it, because it destroys the false narrative you've allowed fox and other outlets to construct for you.

Truth: Trump could have just fired Yovanovitch.

Truth: Smearing her and surveiling her to construct a narrative she is corrupt serves his corrupt interests.

Anyone that thinks critically knows what happened here.

She smeared herself by her actions and then she needed to act to make it look like it's not her fault.

Now she's being helped by none other than an opportunistic criminal who is trying his hardest to save his butt...and you believe the criminal.

Absolutely nothing that you are saying is supported by any evidence at all, whatsoever. In fact, the evidence is the exact opposite.

Seriously. This is deranged.

That means you are sticking with the biden's are guilty of corruption story?

If not, what corruption are you referring?

I'm sticking with the "there should be an investigation" story. You know...the very thing Trump talked to Zelenskiy about in their phone conversation.

Oh, You would like some evidence. Well, Ok

On August 14, just two days before the Whistle blower complaint was filed, and two months before it became public, Laurea Carey (A Democrat Congressional staffer) sent an email to Yovanovitch.

I have some questions in particular I need to discuss with you. I’m hoping to discuss some Ukraine related oversight questions we are exploring that are quite delicate and time sensitive. We can we meet.

This email wasn't sent through proper channels but to Yovanovitch private email.

Congressman lee Zeldin of NY asked about the email and Yovanovitch (While under oath) stated she never responded to it.

Little did she know we already had her response to the email from her private email account. She stated she looked forward to chatting with the staffer.

Wonder what that meeting was about.

I look forward to her testimony in the Senate as to why she knowingly lied under oath.

Not to mention she was fired in May and the call with Zelenski was the end of July.

Yovanovitch was recalled because of partisanship and political bias and in a response from Zelenski, he stated she seemed to be working against him.

I guess the left just can't get over working for the pleasure of the president like getting egg on their faces about firing Comey was another cry for obstruction that never came to pass.

In another fake cry by Yovanovitch, she said she was intimidated because Trump hurt her feelings with one of his tweets so now Schiff is touting witness intimidation.

What a bunch of hypocritical baboons.

But nothing we haven't seen before from the idiotic left like Kavanaugh is an alcoholic high school serial rapist or Trump is a planted Russian agent.

So what?

As another poster already said, what the hell is so evil about rooting out corruption?

You seem to be under the impression that Democrats can be corrupt. That simply isn’t true. Democrats only serve the interests of America and have a character and a human nature that precludes them from becoming corrupt. They are, by virtue of their party affiliation, perfected Americans and suggesting otherwise is an insult to all Americans and great history of our nation.

An investigation into what? What corruption specifically?

Republiecans: dummies, cheats, thieves and all around scumbags.

That obstruction of hers is the corruption that caused her to lose her job.

It's not her place to obstruct the actions of the guy who hired her. If she thought he was corrupt, she should have become a whistleblower.

And now, she has.
