Union County high school teacher reportedly told students VP Pence should be 'shot in the head'

Off topic red herring; another logic fail.

You're a batch of hypocritical opinions, that is all I am pointing out here; sorry, you need to take this one up with yourself.

Well no, that's not true at all. The Mueller investigation interviewed witnesses under oath. People like Reince Preibus, Don McGahn, Corey Lewandowski, Michael Cohen, Allen Weisselberg and many others who had first-hand knowledge of events. They substantiated the instances of obstruction of justice, campaign funds violations, Trump Foundation violations, etc.

This was not 'heresay' or 'alleged', these were grand jury testimonies under oath. You can quit comparing the two, it doesn't hold water.

Obama 2008 campaign fined $375,000

"President Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign was fined $375,000 by the Federal Election Commission for campaign reporting violations — one of the largest fees ever levied against a presidential campaign, POLITICO has learned.

The fine — laid out in detail in FEC documents that have yet to be made public — arose from an audit of the campaign, which was published in April. POLITICO obtained a copy of the conciliation agreement detailing the fine, which was sent to Sean Cairncross, the chief lawyer for the Republican National Committee, one of the groups that filed complaints about the campaign’s FEC reporting from 2008.

“$375,000 is a huge fine,” said Republican election lawyer Jason Torchinsky. “It may one of their top five- or 10-largest fines.”

But he added, “They’re also the first billion-dollar presidential campaign. Proportionally, it’s not out of line.”

FEC officials declined to comment on the fee or the existence of the agreement. But for context, failed Republican presidential nominee Bob Dole set a record for FEC fines on his 1996 campaign when he paid $100,000 two years later.

“At the time, the 2008 campaign was record breaking, with over 3 million grass-roots donors,” Obama campaign spokewoman Katie Hogan said. “The very few outstanding questions about the $750 million that was raised have now all been resolved.”

The major sticking point for the FEC appeared to be a series of missing 48-hour notices for nearly 1,300 contributions totaling more than $1.8 million — an issue that lawyers familiar with the commission’s work say the FEC takes seriously. The notices must be filed on contributions of $1,000 or more that are received within the 20-day window of Election Day.

More than half of those contributions were transferred from the Obama Victory Fund,a joint committee between the campaign and the Democratic National Committee.

Sources said the fine resulting from the settlement agreement has been paid, with $230,000 coming from the Obama campaign’s coffers and the remainder from the DNC. "

Quite a legacy.

Obama's legacy of losing: Democrats decimated in Congress, DNC in disarray

"Democrats always had the White House — until last week.

As their majorities in Congress slipped away and they ceded the lead in governorships over the past six years, President Obama and his top lieutenants comforted themselves with the changing demographics that they said would make it impossible for a Republican to win the top job.

Donald Trump punctured that belief in stunning fashion last week, sending Democratic voters scrambling to make sense of their losses and igniting a new battle for the party’s soul that promises to last for months.

“We have to take the time to figure out what happened,” said Jim Manley, a senior Democratic strategist and director at QGA Public Affairs who said Democrats knew their grip on Congress was tenuous, but were stunned by losing the presidency. “It’s obviously much more than cyclical. Something went wrong and we need to figure out what it is and how to stop it.”

In the near term, some Democrats are vowing massive resistance to anything Mr. Trump proposes"

It is facinating democrats allow Trump so much power over them to react so predictably.

Yes, Bernie "I'll work with you" is at fault here.

Shall I go back and dig up your commentary blaming the republicans and Trump and fox news for the El Paso shooter?

Dare me to do so?

The El Paso Shooter Admits he is a Progressive Leftist

"once again, the media is ignoring an inconvenient little thing called the Truth.

A so-called “manifesto,” which investigators say they are “reasonably confident” was written by the shooter, is already available online. While the normal course of action would be to completely shun this garbage to avoid giving him attention, his words must be analyzed for the explicit purpose of debunking this fake narrative that this shooting is somehow a Republican problem, or caused by President Trump, or otherwise to be blamed exclusively on the Right.

Of course, the manifesto bleeds with outright racist language as he describes a “Hispanic invasion of Texas,” and a “cultural and ethnic replacement brought on by an invasion.” However, within the text, the shooter makes several comments that reveal his true political identity.

First, the shooter expresses his disdain for both major parties; he decries the Democrats’ open-borders policies while also declaring that “the Republican Party is also terrible,” since the GOP, he says, is “pro-corporation,” and “pro-corporation = pro-immigration.”

The section of his manifesto entitled “Economic Reasons” is by far the most shocking part, in terms of directly contradicting the media spin that this shooter was somehow far-right. He explicitly expresses his support for “a basic universal income,” which he says is the only thing that can “prevent widespread poverty and civil unrest.” He then goes on to support “ambitious social projects like universal healthcare.” Later, he claims that the American lifestyle “is destroying the environment of our country,” and that “the decimation of the environment is creating a massive burden for future generations.”

So clearly this killer supports some of the most openly socialist policies in American political discourse today, including universal income, socialized medicine, and a belief in “global warming.” Yet, according to the media, he is somehow just another “far-right” shooter who has been motivated by President Trump.

Most interestingly, the shooter does mention President Trump…but not in the way the Democrats would hope. Towards the end of his “manifesto,” this Leftist murderer m admits that his “ideology has not changed for several years,” and that his “opinions on automation, immigration, and the rest predate Trump and his campaign for president.”"

"In the most direct refutation of the inevitable media spin, he even admits that “I’m putting this here because some people will blame the President or certain presidential candidates for the attack. This is not the case. I know that the media will probably call me a white supremacist anyway and blame Trump’s rhetoric.” In a macabre self-fulfilling prophecy, he then states “The media is infamous for fake news. Their reaction to this attack will likely just confirm that.”

Despite this preemptive refutation, the media and the Democrats have gone ahead and run with the usual narrative anyway. With Robert Francis O’Rourke openly calling the President a “racist,” and accusing him of “stoking racism in this country,” and Pete Buttigieg declaring that “the President of the United States is condoning white nationalism,” and Socialist Bernie Sanders falsely claiming that there is a “growing culture of bigotry espoused by Trump and his allies,” the Democrats are deliberately lying about where such violence actually comes from. And, of course, multiple Democrats have once again issued calls for more gun control measures.

This is yet another case of the media playing directly into the shooter’s hands, and giving him exactly what he wanted."

Feel free.

anyone who makes violent threats like that should be tossed in the clink. this includes boomstick hobbyists who talk about how they are going to shoot politicians who they think are going to confiscate their prosthetic penises.

Nothing more, really, to say.

Just as I thought; none. You're just another "conservatism can do no wrong" person with which I am glad I rarely interact. Your pathetic "source" is a reliable conservative conspiracy hack and a clown. Dude isn't even American. GTFO here with this garbage.

Aw, you're so cute. Do you need a bow to go along with your "attempt" at laying out debate rules? You're not very good at this whole "that's a fallacy" argument when your ideology and the person you quote are in diametric opposition.

What happens if one of her students shoots Pence?

I’m sure the media will blame Trump for the lack of gun control legislation.
The media will somehow twisted it showing the shooter as the victim.

Well, if the right are consistent, they will say it was the shooter's fault. Not the gun and not the person who may have incited the violence.
But I think we know we cannot count on that much consistency.
I would blame the teacher for putting that thought into the shooter's head and heart, and also whoever let that child get his/her hands on a gun, and of course, the shooter.

The source is the progressive killers manifesto, silly.

Here’s the El Paso Shooter’s Full Manifesto: Read it Before You Believe the News

Easy enough to find if one is curious about such things.

Hijacking the thread with flame bait; ^^^.

You may now have the last word.

Obstruction of justice is in the eyes of the beholder and of course the left have lefty eyes. Obama had campaign fund violations. Many candidates have. So what?

Inane comment is inane.

lol. Sure. Maybe the manifesto should not have included the actual quotes from Trump, Faux Nooz, and people like you about invasions, immigrants, etc.

No. He isn't a leftist. No, fascism isn't leftist.

You guys are all the same; just like clockwork.

Ahhhh a tolerant Leftist “educating” students.

I thought Leftists hated guns. I guess not so much.

She ought to know better than that. That skull of his is completely impenetrable.

How stupid is your post?

1. Wanting to shoot a politician because of their politics is political and insane.

2. Democrats tend to dislike guns.

3. Democrats seem to dislike guns except for when they can be used against their opponents. That’s the lesson of the last century.

1. Duh? Ted Nugent wanted to shoot Obama. I guess all Republicans including yourself support that? See how dumb your generalization is.

2. Prove it.

3. Again prove it.

Don't forget to blame, video games, TV shows, movies and his mama dropping him on his head.

There isn't a constitutional right to make threats against leaders without drawing the scrutiny of authorities.

No threat was made.
