I’m a golf fan and a tiger fan (though I wanted Mickleson to win), but wtf Donald, was there no one better who represents freedom.

I know Rex isn't racist and was making a joke at Trump's expense and referencing golf history. The big-eye smiley face at the end is a pretty good hint for those unaware of Rex's history, Trump's history or golf/Tiger history. But I guess someone could miss all three references and the smiley face and think it was serious.
