What pisses Trump off is the fact that he cannot (yet) employ HIS OWN "Rapid Intervention Group" to grind up and barbecue dissidents and critics of his administration, he cannot pass laws that prohibit criticism of the authorities a la Putin, he cannot riddle bodies with anti-aircraft guns a la Kim Jong Un.

There is no oubliette door in the Oval Office yet, but Trump has already begun measuring the spot where the cut should be made in the rug.
