Often. Maybe even usually. But not always.
What about the freedom to breath clean. Without regulations some corporations would pollute much more. Or the freedom to drive on safe roads. Without regulations many more truck drivers would be pushed to drive too many hours without sleep.
EPA is one of my sore spots. I think the EPA is essential but I don't want them controlling every body of water, except puddles, in the country. I think they are over reaching in a lot of areas lately. I can also back them because of their oversight related to military reservations that went totally unchecked until the early 80s. They are still discovering nightmare issues on military reservations.
