The Dems wanted 700,000 dreamers protected and Trump called their bluff and offered 1.8 million. They still refused which tells you all you need to know. The left is interested in agitation, not solutions. Then they'll blame Trump. It's all part of their usual election strategy, which is to maintain unrest and division. Without that, they are irrelevant.

Oh the irony of this comment coming from someone who voted for Trump. Your man Trump's entire political career, and presidency, is ENTIRELY based on unrest and division. And the DACA dilemma we have now, which he created, is certainly no different. Trump is just using this as red meat for his base, to get them to the polls in the upcoming mid-terms. What do these people put in the SS number field?

They get a SS number by taking their Employment Authorization Document with them when they apply. The card does not make them eligible for federal aid or for federal benefits but they have their card and they pay taxes on their earnings.

I do believe California does give DACA recipients with SS numbers access to a restricted tier of benefits. By and large they do not get access to benefits. They get jobs and pay their taxes.

Dems would not give trump his wall AND give miller his draconian immigration policy. trump could have his wall tomorrow if he wanted because as stupid as it is, dems would still give it up in a minute and have this whole DACA thing done with. What's $25B the way Elephants are tossing around dollar bills lately. Even Republicans didn't vote for millers Immigration policy. Tells you how bad that was.
