It’s obvious you’re a Trump supporter. I have a difficult time believing you would make the argument you just did for Clinton or Obama. I wouldn’t make an argument like that for any politican.

You really should look at a person's post history before you just go around throwing out accusations. But I must say, this is pretty damn funny and its even funnier that you think I dislike people like Clinton or Obama simply because they are Democrats.

Wrong. Presidents that do this, ask for a foreign leader to investigate a political rival's son, CLEARLY FOR HELP ON THE 2020 CAMPAIGN TRAIL, ought not be holding their office. Ask for help or favors with certain deals, etc, that BENEFIT THE COUNTRY.

There is a difference. Obama working toward missle deals with Russia doesn't benefit him personally. Trump working toward investigations of Biden's son would absolutely benefit him personally and politically.

We don't elect presidents to use their office to better themselves. We elect presidents to use their office to better things for the COUNTRY.

You guys need to ****ing snap out of it.

I can tell you without reservation that Mr. Invisible is no Trump supporter and while I haven’t always agreed with him he has been critical of both sides and certainly in this case, the subtext of that exchange is pretty crystal clear to myself and I don’t see why he doesn’t see it, he’s definitely not part of the cartoon cavalcade of Trump anal cavity residents like many others on the forum.

The agenda of "Conservatism" has always been "protect and provide for the wealthy to further enrich themselves at the expense of Nation and People" and ensure to direct any and all money that can be diverted away from anything that helps or benefit Poor Whites and Especially Minority People.

This is why the predominantly "white Republican makeup" is so extremely devoted to that agenda... It's sad the "Poor Whites" don't have a clue, and refuse to awaken, they are used as fodder and considered acceptable collateral damage... with a long history of thinking the wealthy white male establishment is going to give them something.... trying their best to ignore the fact is was and is, the wealthy white establishment, who coined the phrase "Poor Whites" and will forever uphold their stand to distance themselves from what they consider as "Poor Whites"... as they increase the wealth gap to ensure that the gulf is too wide and deep for any of whom they consider Poor White to ever cross.

Its why the wealthy count their money in $10,s and 100's of Million and $Billion and STAND FIRM on fighting against a minimum wage hike, and want to keep the $7.xx min. wage in place, to assure they remain contained in "gerrymandered locations" and used for political vote getting, to keep the wealthy in power. They know, this group will NEVER figure it out. All Republican have to do is "Give Them Someone To Look Down Upon" and they are happy.

I'll give you credit for being the first one who c/p that story from an article that states that the adviser is actually a former adviser. The other 3 or 4 posters on this board rolled out articles that had omitted the word "former".

There is no need for half truths.... we all know... in such type of environments, it requires often that people are in the status of "former" before they are allowed to speak truthfully and candidly...

Let me help you here. Hunter Biden was not exonerate as the prosecutor was fired because Joe Biden threatened to withhold funds to Ukraine. That's what he said on TV. That was done with the ex-Ukrainian president who was ousted because of corruption. YouTube
I don't think you can get any more clear about how Biden strong armed the President of Ukraine. And, Hunter Biden ended up with a $50,000 a week job. This makes Obama complicit in a conspiracy to withhold funds directed by Congress. Another gaff by Biden.

The difference in the Trump situation is the withholding of money had nothing to do with asking the current President of Ukraine to get dirt on Hunter and Joe Biden. That came later in the phone call as the transcript states. The withholding of the money was stated directly for the purpose of the European countries not holding up to their share of the protection of the Ukraine against the Russians. You will note that much of the talk today has moved away from this and to whether Trump ordered a cover up of the telephone conversation of Trump and Zelensky, the current president of Ukraine. It's the same old song and dance by the Democrats moving the goal posts when they can't cross the endzone line.

That's not what happened. The prosecutor that was fired, Shokin, was fired for being corrupt, impeding or stopping investigations, including into Burisma. The new Prosecutor (Lushenko) stated that Hunter Biden was never under investigation, that what Burisma was under investigation for occurred prior to Hunter coming to work for Burisma and he was not implicated as a suspect at all and they did investigate Burisma.

Hunter was a big shot in Bursima. And, perhaps Lushenko didn't know to continue the investigation and Trump is just reminding them. Nothing illegal about reminding them to look into corruption especially when Joe Biden is on record stating his corruption. YouTube Have you watched the video?

So now Trump gets to decide when Ukraine conducts investigations?

Yes I watched the video and it isnt incriminating because it says he did exactly what the international community was asking him and even states he was under the direction of President Obama to do what he did, because it was combatting corruption by removing a major obstacle to investigations in the Ukraine.
